AMAVI is so worth the visit - unlike anywhere I've been in Wichita! As someone who struggles with social anxiety and being in new spaces, this environment and community just feel like home. It feels safe and familiar. You don't feel like you have to look a certain way or be a certain type of person when you go. It is seriously a great space and I have loved every one of the facilitators I have met. Just attended my first breathwork session EVER and Brooke made it such a welcoming experience. Excited to attend a yoga session this weekend. 100% worth it. Treat your self to an environment like this that makes you feel SO welcome.

Amavi is such a peaceful place. The classes & workshops have helped me feel more at home with myself, heal, and find peace & clarity. I’ve done ecstatic dance, sound bath, reiki, breathwork & more — all are great classes & the facilitators are so caring. 🤍

Amavi is such a hidden gem! Every class and instructor I’ve taken here is 5 stars. I can’t think of any other studio in Wichita (or any city I’ve lived in) that offers breath work, Pilates, sound baths, dance cardio classes, several different styles of yoga classes, and more under one roof. The studio is beautiful & the class and membership prices can’t be beat. Wichita is lucky to have it!

Amazing breathwork class with Brooke! I highly recommend if you need to practice releasing your inner feminine goddess to join in on one of her breathwork classes. The space is beautiful, I felt safe, and I really enjoyed being able to just let go of everything I was feeling inside. She does a great job on making you feel comfortable and guiding you through the class.

Really inviting space, and all of the teachers and classes are excellent! Extremely clean and well-kept. Not a typical "gym."
