Unpretentious yoga. Come as you are and have a delightful experience. Michelle is extensively trained. Each class is a different, well planned, thorough workout accompanied by appropriate music. I have changed my schedule to ensure I don't miss a class. I started over six months ago and have a range of motion, agility and improved balance that are amazing to me. Michelle's presentation coupled with an obvious love of what she does plus a wonderful sense of humor are a serendipitous joy. Andy Kenyon

I have taken yoga classes before but none like Michele's classes. An incredible instructor!! I have been recovering from extensive shoulder surgery and am still getting a wonderful workout. As she says, "mindful and thankful for our limitations." Well, I am so thankful to be a part of her class and truly appreciate her encouragement and dedication to her students. Great job Michele!!!! I had been away from yoga for a few years, but when I saw Michelle had opened her studio, I wanted to check it out. Oh my goodness, I'm so glad I did. She is a beautiful teacher, so nurturing and mindful of your particular abilities. Truly an experience of strengthening your body and feeding your spirit. A wonderful experience each and every class. Michele is a wonderful yoga instructor. I have tried three other places and they didn't measure up. She made me feel welcome from day one. Yoga Wichita is the best. Michelle accommodates all levels from beginners to advanced. She never repeats a class so you have no chance of being bored. She cares for her class members deeply. She wants us to succeed. I’ve had two knee replacements and yoga has been essential in my rehabilitation.

Michele is the best and class is fun too. Great music to relax to while doing yoga.
