There was only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no backup rolls in the room on the first night. I went to the front desk in person the next morning and requested that my room be cleaned. I explained that the room was out of toilet paper and that the tiny trash can was overflowing and that one of the pillows on the bed was very dirty. I also requested more towels. When I returned to my room on the second night nothing had been done. No toilet paper, no towels, still overflowing trashcan, dirty pillow, and the room had not been cleaned. I went back to the front desk to tell them and the person sitting behind the desk snapped at me and told me that I had to request everything I mentioned because room cleaning was only upon request. I explained that I HAD requested it IN PERSON that morning. He gave me a condescending look, shrugged his shoulders, and said "Someone has to sign off on that and I don't have any record of it!" He then went on to tell me again that if I had wanted any of those things then I should have requested them!! I reiterated that I indeed had requested them that morning. His supervisor walked up just then and asked me to who I had made the request. I described the person at the desk and told her the time of the request. She stated that this person had not done her job and that she would have a talk with her but then she walked away and didn't return without offering some sort of solution. I had to ask the first guy again if he could at least give me a roll of toilet paper and empty my trash. He handed me a roll of toilet paper and a plastic sack for the trash. I still didn't get any fresh towels. Also, the ice machine was broken and during the two nights I was staying there, I had to go to the bar to get ice. Two people were friendly and professional about it but a third person acted like I had ruined his day because he had to give me some ice. Overall, the only advantage this hotel had was that it was in a location where I needed to be.

I travel every week for work, I stay in many hotels, and by far this is THE BEST hotel I’ve stayed in! So clean, great staff, and so close to many shops. Beds are clean and one of the things I instantly noticed was that they vacuum behind the bed! Like this never happens with any hotel… EVER! I would absolutely stay here again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a higher quality stay!

Took awhile to find someone to check me in. Turns out the person was just on her phone in the back. I wish there was a ring. The rooms are nice enough, but in the offer side. It's not comforting also to see towels visibly dirty. Should change these out because they are getting old.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms nice. Location good. Only things are the coffee in the lobby doesn't stay past afternoon (desk will give you pods for your room) and the breakfast buffet is $$$ and pretty bland. I'd stay here again.

The location was great and the food was good. Sadly, they chose to charge $5 per day to park in an open, unsecured lot. There is no reason to charge anything for parking in this location. Additionally, I was insulted as a Diamond member, that the Food and Beverage Credit that Hilton provides as a benefit, doesn't cover a simple meal. Traditionally, higher tiered memberships earned a free breakfast but that is gone. Really starting to wonder what the benefit of Diamond membership is anymore.

Well appointed rooms and great service. The lighting in the room could be improved through, but a small niggle overall. Would happily stay again.

I made a reservation and the hotel canceled the room and charged me more than the price I reserved the room for. The customer service has been absolutely awful in trying to get this taken care of (both on the side of the hotel and the side of the cooperation). Further, I have a service animal and was placed on the 5th floor nowhere near outdoors. Don't stay here. Go to one of the other hotels in the area.

King room, bed comfy, temperature control...you have control. Great breakfast, check in a bit rocky. The grounds around Hotel are awesome. Pond behind Hotel, and you can walk completely around Pond. Shopping is a 1 minute walk.

PROS: Super stay without a plethora of soccer teams, or basketball kids, or even hockey players running up and down the halls. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed even more so! The handicap room was spacious with lowered tub, grab bars in the shower, and grab bars were around a toilet that wasn’t super low. I took my first stand up shower in months there and the hot water was quick & plentiful. CONS: Avoid the morning blend coffee pods as they are bitter with an aftertaste. I was uninformed about the breakfast situation but be prepared to buy yours. Most Hilton hotels I’ve stayed in at least have a buffet breakfast or items like cereal, toast, milk, and juice. This hotel had ONE orange, diced cantaloupe and honeydew, oatmeal, breads, apple, orange, or cranberry juice & coffee. I never saw any milk or cereal. If you wanted a hot breakfast, then you had to buy it. We came to see a family member in the hospital ICU so not having added stress to deal with over a hotel stay went a long way with us!

Stars say it all hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We got in on a Friday night and there were 10 to 15 kids around 9 ,10 years old running threw the halls playing tag and screaming. This is 10 pm and then later. No management to be seen. Every time we passed the front desk we were never once acknowledged bye staff as they were either on the phone or just ruid. We stay in this brand all the time but never this location again until they get a management team that cares about the right things.

We enjoyed a night here recently. We were met by a very friendly lady at the front desk. We checked in easily & went to our room, which unfortunately was across the hall from the elevator & the refreshments. Since that would be very noisy, I went back to secure a different room, which she gladly provided. Everyone on the staff was very pleasant & welcoming. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really enjoy the hotel location! Restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. The room was nice but the entryway and bathroom floor was very sticky. Not sure what type of cleaner was used. The breakfast was great along with the service there. I also used the Hilton App keyless entry and it worked great.

This place is beginning to be run down. The carpet in our room (301) was dirty. The bed was okay but not as comfortable as some of the others. The was improperly made as the matress cover and sheets didn't stay on the bed. When we checked in, the garbage cans were full by the elevators. They were still full 10 hrs later with the same overflowing trash as the night before hadn't been emptied.

I'm disappointed with the service. I called about a week in advance to see if there was any possibility of an early check in. I was told that I'd have to call back the day of to see if that was possible. Ok, no big deal. So I called back the day of at 12:45 p.m. I was told that they couldn't accommodate at this time. Ok, not the end of the world. Arrived at the hotel at 2:45 (check in is at 3:00), and was told I'd have to come back in 15 minutes. Seriously? There was nothing that could've been done to get me into the room just a little bit earlier? Regarding the rest of our stay, the hotel is starting to show its age. It's well kept, but a bit on the dated side. Looks nicer in pictures than it does in person. Fabulous location though.

My brother-in-law paid for my wife and I to stay here for two days, along with breakfast while we were in town for my father-in-laws funeral. Pros: Staff was polite, fairly quiet hotel, good location. Cons: We were told we only had one night covered despite my brother-in-law both calling and coming in person to set things up. We were also told that breakfast wasn’t covered despite the above. Ended up with water all over the floor from the shower. Beds are memory foam, but they are HOT, I woke up in a sweat even with the AC on. Definitely not upset at the staff we interacted with, they were all lovely but there was so much unnecessary stress on the family that I can’t say I’d stay here again.

Good room the breakfast is not continental that is an extra charge of $14. There is NO room cleaning , bed made, restock of towels and coffee and water daily. We stayed 2 night were gone all day and came back to unclean room and unstocked towels and coffee. Had to go to front desk and request towels and asked about room cleaning they said they do not do it everyday especially because we were only staying 2 nights.

My mother and I were visiting from Lawndale, California to attend a family reunion. Excellent size room and bed, real comfy. Loved the room itself. The location was right in the middle of everything like shopping etc. The service was good but not every other day. I was told to inform the front desk to put in the order and they served my request. All were kind and respectful. Thank you.

My room was clean...The staff behind the desk..tall nice gentleman...was very nice. I was given my room key and loved that I was near the hot tub because that was 1 if my priorities and they were all met.

Top notch place. Have stayed previously. Staff are super friendly, helpful. Lobby has a pretty cool dude that'll set you up with good adult beverages. Rooms are decently quiet. (This time, found the AC to struggle a little, though adequate.) Will return for future stays.

Rooms were not clean. Staff wasn't very nice. Some were ok but nobody was super kind or went out of their way to say hi or welcome. Carpets were nasty, bathroom was dirty. Overall was just not impressed. It was basically a Quality Inn with a Hilton name on it is what it felt like.

Very disappointed! Found ants in our room! Crawling all over the ac unit! We didn't find any on the beds but once you find ants they crawl everywhere. My husband went down to talk to the staff they said they couldn't do anything about it-- they'd talk to the manager who was coming in at 5pm and they'd get back to us. We waited but nothing, we would've been fine with a different room but I guess they decided not to do anything and without a refund we couldn't afford a different hotel--we have a budget for everything! So we stayed the night-- towels were dirty and smelled like sewer water and the bathtub had nasty sticky residue in it! When I tried to talk to someone about our stay again I was ignored! The day after that I asked for a refund-- $250 is a lot of money for one night stay and having terrible service. They said they couldn't find my information even though I (off the email they sent me) gave them the confirmation number, email, debit card, and phone number. I was disappointed and grossed out.

We were put in a room across the hall from a large group that booked several rooms for New Year’s Eve for a New Year’s Eve party. Our family had driven 15 hours that day and was looking forward to the hot tub and sleep. When we went to use the hot tub it was dirty and slimey. We went back to the room and the group was running in the hallway, yelling and blowing whistles. We asked to change rooms since the front desk person said “Well it is New Years Eve.” We were moved to another floor after having to pack up all of our belongings. The new room and the original was not clean. Dirty handprints on doors and around door handles, stained towels and moldy grout. We stayed at cleaner and more updated hotels on our 11 day trip for a much better price. Don’t stay here.

Overall, good experience. Hot tub was nice and warm, but the swimming pool was freezing. The view from our window was beautiful and that in itself I think makes this worth it. Nice fenced in patio near the bar, if you're a smoker you'd probably be glad to hear this. They had coffee ready by 6:30 am which made me happy. Staff was nice!

Room had bugs. Pool was slimy and stinky. Housekeeper came in our occupied room at 8 am without knocking. Front desk blew off my concerns. Not even an apology.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Wichita was above and beyond what we’d expected! While we have stayed at other Hilton Garden Inn properties, this location was great (nice restaurants nearby, near the Interstate, and close to the cemetery (!!) in which we interred our mother). The property: parking lot, lobby, hallways, rooms, were clean, and the front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean, updated, and comfortable with a mini-fridge, microwave, suitcase rack, and a very user-friendly chair-side table! While we hope to return under more cheerful circumstances, a big *thank-you* to the entire staff!
