They promised a heated pool. There was a pool there but no one was allowed to use it. I specifically booked there because of the pool. The hallway smelled like marijuana constantly. Not a good smell. I complained. The breakfast was pretty good. The room had water damage, the shower curtain was ripped, the bed was not bad. Overall I would never stay there again. Even though it was convenient not worth it.

Man was very inattentive and rude. I paid 188 for a 2 bed room. Didn't even bother with looking at my card just assumed it was prepaid. The comments he made about just really ticked me off. Doesn't do weekly rates or anything. Breakfast is from 6am to 10 am. With a attitude like that I'd rather take my family somewhere else to get something to eat. Rooms are decent but not worth almost 200.00 very discriminatory indeed. Won't hesitate to rate it a 1. Pool is closed

The comforter's had burn holes all over them, the toilet was stopped up, the floors were filthy. Will never stay at this Hotel again. Would of left and went to another Hotel if I hadn't been on the road for three days with no sleep. Do not stay here it's filthy.

Service was fast and friendly the 2 different guys I dealt directly with was helpful and kind. The pool is a little 1 but very cute and comfy. The breakfast bar was nice but pretty standard. Waffles and such. Open till 10 but recommend you get there early. The room was nice and comfy. Being a smokers was glad they still have em. Clean and tidy. However did find something someone from previous stay had left and quickly disposed of it Overall quite happy with the whole stay and will stay there again

Absolutely one of the worst hotel stays I've had! I rented 2 rooms. The website says pool, good breakfast, relaxing comfortable rooms, high speed wifi, 24 hr staff and bathtubs. I called before coming in and was told by employees the pool was open, low rates, great breakfast, employee even listed off about 15 different fresh things they would serve, I was told they would be able to provide a crib, the pool was closed only because they don't want to have to buy a new pool filter. Several days in a row the breakfast options were only 2 kinds of cereal and room temperature milk with nothing to drink. Both rooms were filthy! Bathroom doors didn't close or lock, neither room had a bathtub and shower had no pressure. Toilet clogged every use. One rooms fridge, coffee pot and microwave did not work at all! They only give you one coffee packet. Both rooms had bed bugs. Wifi didn't really work. They did not have a crib like I was promised. Staff was hardly at the desk. No toilet paper or ashtrays in the rooms. They refused to give me enough clean towels for us to shower. Bathroom had sharp broken tile and mold! The parking lot was full of loud, rude, crazy people most of the first night. The room rate ended up being about $30 more than they said on the phone per room per night. My room keys quit working twice the first night and staff said they expired when id paid for 2 nights. Beds were horrible uncomfortable! And they only gave us 2 very tiny uncomfortable pillows for each king size bed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ! Do NOT stay here !

Room was clean, but that is all this has going for it. WiFi was glacial, toilet ran, breakfast was very sparse.

The hotel was in pretty worn out shape. It has older decor in the rooms, and the desk lamp was busted and the curtain rod wouldn't allow the curtains to close all the way. The pool was closed, and the continental breakfast was very disappointing. They had milk in a coffee urn, bananas, waffles, and 2 cereals. The staff was friendly and welcoming and it looked clean despite the wear and tear on the facilities. I know covid has reduced some amenities, but if you're going to advertise continental breakfast, I would think there would at least be some prepackaged items and at least somewhat of a variety.

I had a smoking room. I was very happy to see NO bugs. Its the first thing I check. The walls need cleaned or just repainted. They were nasty!!! My refrigerator did not work, the lamps were torn and dirty, and holes everywhere in the comforters. I realize it is a smoking room but come on I payed $80. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Appreciated that.

Had my pet paid pet fee at check out owner came and threatened to kick us out if we didn't again pay the fee, threatened to call cops and he made a big scene at breakfast all to come and try too apologize because he was wrong later. Got no refund or anything. Ended up leaving early because neighbors were extremely loud.

Stay here. This is the cleanest and nicest Super 8, that I have EVER stayed in. The pool felt amazing and the towels and room were better than expected. I travel for work constantly, and this Super 8 hotel was so nice that I felt compelled to write this review. This franchise owner is setting-the-bar for all Super 8 hotels. They are clearly trying hard to make this business successful and I'd like see them succeed.

This man is the rudest person I ever came across not professional at all does not so any hospitality or forgiveness at all. I left my dog for 2 hours so I could visit my mother who past away at the time I was staying there be ause of my dog that barked a little I know my dog cause I've waited to see how long he would bark when I left and it would be about 5 minutes and stop now he won't rent to me I even deep cleaned the room because it was so gross and I found needles with blood in them also there were signs of bed bugs from a previous time because of the blood stains on the mattress I know I work at a hotel there was mold in the shower and fridge so to each their own but I would not recommend staying here good luck with your search for a hotel I hope your smart enough not to come here

Was a clean, good stop for one night. Check in easy, staff friendly, helpful. Room was good. Had refrigerator, microwave, love seat. Decent bathroom, bed was good. We travel with dog, had several grassy areas, with easy access. Would stay here again. Good price. With basic breakfast. Has indoor pool, we didn't use.

No pool. The online booking site listed an indoor pool but it seems it has been closed for a long time Not much for breakfast. We were there for a few weeks and the most they had was a few pieces of fruit and hot and cold cereal. On the weekends the hallways smelled like smoke. The front desk lady was very sweet.

Pool was closed, halls were filthy and smelled of alcohol. The furniture in room was stained as was the carpet. Recommend this hotel be avoided

Below average room, to start with we didn't have a remote for the TV, got a spare from the office, only some functions worked, had to unplug TV to shut it off. Paint was peeling off the ceiling above the shower. Breakfast buffet was very limited, THE COFFEE WAS COLD!!! I'm done ranting.

First of all had to ring the bell several times. Finally the guy showed up. My key card didn’t work so he had to come up to try still didn’t work so he went to make another one and when he got back he just opened the door and came right in and then argued with me about not knocking first Very poor manners

Below 1 star if there was that option, heater won’t work at all, door lock is ripped out of the jam, lamp on desk non functional and the smell is horrible, literally smelled like wet and musty

Worst of the Wyndham properties I have stayed at. No anti-slip surface in the bathroom and I fell and almost had to call the fire department to get up!!! Also the wall had been beat up with cracks and damage. The door to the bathroom had a door knob that was about to fall off. Also the seat to the toilet would not stay up on it's own; you had to hold it. The seat also was very worn and the paint was peeling off. Not worth the money and a horrible stay. Too, bad I cannot give them negative stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just off the highway, good area with several restaurants nearby, prices are high since COVID-19, but What isn't? Safe and Secure 🔐

Terrible room. Maybe the mistake was choosing the smoking room. But the room was not even close to comfortable feeling. Stains on the walls. Cigarette burns all over the bed. All the lampshades were broken. And rat droppings were found in the corners of the room. The bathroom door barely closed, and the handle was broken. The fridge was very loud and obnoxious, had to unplug to sleep soundly. The toilet made a very loud whistling sound, almost squealing, every time it was flushed. Although the service was alright , I do not recommend staying here. There are much better places to stay for the same price. Worst experience I've ever had at a super 8. Never again.

Would not recommend, our room smelled really musty (even went to get some room spray because of it) and it was just not in good shape. Walls were dirty. Manager was not very polite, breakfast was minimal at best.

This hotel is long in the tooth. It needs remodeling, repair and a good scrubbing. Clearly Wyndam Hotels no longer has any minimum standards.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Never got a room Paid 210$ for a room to be denied for a service animal

Service was prompt & great. Hotel needs work. TV had no volume. Pill bug cemetery along the walls. Door wouldn't lock (batteries were changed and then it worked). One bed was completely sunk in, like a wrecking ball had been dropped on it. The other was so firm, like sleeping on the floor. Floor definitely needed vacuumed. Toilet was broken, wouldn't flush or fill. Parking lot was completely littered with trash and debris. Was told there were no other rooms, yet the parking lot was practically empty - aside from 4 other cars & trash. Wifi didn't reach to hotel room, but was great in the lobby. Lobby furniture was heavily stained & in need of updating. Location was close to interstate and plenty of restaurants close by. Overall not a great experience, and would not recommend, unless improvements made.

The place is typical of an India managed motel, nothing works, it's dirty the management is rude and they want a deposit for everything. The breakfast is nothing you would want unless you were a starving homeless person.

The staff is extremely courteous and helpful! I’m sure they get a dozen travelers a day who need items but they treated me like a VIP and loaned me a phone charger out of their office! Our room is clean and well maintained. Looking forward to staying here in the future!

They charged an extra $100 CASH ONLY ROOM DEPOSIT on top of the online reservation if the reservation was made through a third party company ie; Travelocity, ..... 😲 WOW.. YOU DONT KNOW THIS UNTIL YOURE CHECKING IN...

The night shift front desk person gave us a non-working key, so we went back down stairs and he came let us in and said he would be back with a new key and when he did he just let himself in with his key and got mad at us because we got mad at him for letting himself in our room!! And we have a 14 year old daughter who has major anxiety problems and now wants to go sleep in our vehicle because she feels safer!! We had to block the door with stuff!!!

Good price FRIENDLY, KIND Staff. Pet policy GREAT allows Large Dogs for additional cost. With ANY Animal ALL OWNERS MUST HAVE CONTROL of their Animal AT ALL TIMES. Note from me to ALL Animal Owners please make sure YOU take Responsibility for YOUR ANIMAL large or small. Keep Leash On at All Times. Little dogs Can and Will jump out of your arms under the right circumstances. Keep the leash Short so YOUR pet is Next to YOU at ALL times . Also walk your pet Before you bring them in. To encourage your pet to pee outside. Dogs tend to mark their territory yes small dogs also mark territory. As pet owners we can make it acceptable for proprietors of all establishments to accept Everyone's Beloved Pets. Once again A Big THANK YOU to SUPER 8.
