First off you have to park in the garage that does not belong to this hotel but to the city next door. I don't think that's a big deal. I stayed there for 7 days and I can say three of the days were pleasant. Four of the days I had extreme trouble sleeping because of the noise. 2 days it was coming from outside where people that were staying there decided to get drunk and yell into the night. Calling down to the front desk didn't seem to help too much with that because when I asked them the first time I called they said they'd get around to it. The second time I called it was about a half an hour to an hour later and he had just decided to go talk to them. The next time I had a problem was my neighbor had his TV so loud that I could tell what he was watching without being in the room. I tried calling down one night about that and nobody answered it the front desk. I gave up out of frustration. The next night I got a hold of somebody and when the people turn their TV down a little bit I could still tell what they were watching. Doesn't make any difference if you say something at this hotel they don't do anything to help. The room was very nice. The staff is really friendly for the most part. I did like the breakfast that they served each morning. All in all I probably wouldn't stay here again just because of my experience being there. If you're going for work I wouldn't. I like the cleanliness of the room and the staff. But for somebody who needs to sleep because I drive so much it was not a good stay. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but when it happened more than once and still nothing was done I don't have as much of a care about how negative this may come across.

Great one night stay! Clean room, quiet halls, plenty of entertainment options on the TV. Don't bring any hdmi consoles or anything as they've done something to the TV to max out the volume if you unplug their hdmi, understandable of course. No parking lot but there is a parking garage right next to it, relatively easy to get back and forth from. Very comfortable king bed.

This was the best Fairfield Inn we have ever stayed in. Clean, updated, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Lots of choices at the breakfast buffet. We saw complaints from other travelers about the parking being in the garage next door. We were here during a thunderstorm storm and very glad to have that free covered parking. There is a side door on the hotel that is only steps away from the garage. Also ample loading zone in front of hotel. A few blocks down the street the downtown hotels don’t even have onsite parking. It was a great stay and we will definitely be back!

Always a pleasure to stay here. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with smiling faces. The staff are always pleasant and willing to help. This is by far theee cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at and I am a frequent traveler. The rooms are immaculate and you couldn’t find dust on any surface with a magnifying glass! Breakfast is good, during my last 5 day stay each day was a little different which I appreciated. We didn’t get tired of the selection. My kids loved the pool and the laundry room came in handy after a long stay. Special thanks to the general manager Nick. He takes great care of the hotel and it shows. His staff truly enjoy working there and it shows in how they interact with the guest. Looking forward to staying again soon.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend because my daughter had a dance competition. (Synergy dance competition) The hotel is very nice, staff was kind, breakfast was great, and I loved the outside fireplace. The room was nice, clean, and cozy. We had to ask for more towels. With a family of 4, I think there should be extra towels and rags in the room. Also, the trash cans should definitely be bigger. Those small trash cans are horrible, and they’re just too small for trash whenever we order food. The only other thing that I didn’t like was parking on the 2nd floor in the garage. We were told that we can only park on the 2nd floor and up. I don’t like walking to my car in those garages when it’s dark. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’ll definitely stay here again.

Much larger than I expected. Free parking in garage and free continental breakfast. Small but nice lounge just left of the lobby. Indoor pool and nice exercise room!

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a great breakfast buffet. Free parking in the garage next door. Loading zone outside the hotel. Highly recommend!

Free breakfast, friendly staff, and free room upgrade! However, there was hair in the bathroom, a weird ~4ft diameter circle of charred garbage for my one window view, the towels felt extremely scratchy (my dog and dish towels at home are softer), and there was a weird “occupancy tax” added to the bill when I paid to leave (I was one person and stayed on night). But hey, there were no bed bugs and the sheets were clean. Plus free garage parking. But I recommend going to the Hyatt next door.

Actually very impressed by this hotel. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. I'm very particular with cleanliness, and there wasn't anything of concern to me. I would certainly recommend this hotel to a friend for a night's stay or two during a road trip or weekend outing in Wichita.

The service was outstanding. The hotel manager was great and very helpful. Rooms were typical Fairfield style and nice and big. I think the carpets need a stream cleaning though.

The front desk staff was awesome. The hotel was really clean. Breakfeast buffet was great. But the rooms are small. The lighting in the bathroom was horrible, bed was very comfortable! Room was cold, felt ac would randomly come on. Never got warm enough for me. Parking is next door in a parking garage top level. But know sign out front to let you know that. But I would recommend it's was a nice stay.

This has been a great experience staying here at this location. Very nice and clean and the rooms smell clean when you all into the room. It is located downtown and very convenient to so many things. The staff is so great and friendly. It has a good hot breakfast and after a busy day it has a bar for drinks. They have nightly specials so I would recommend this as you close your busy day. The bartender was great. I would recommend this hotel on your next trip. It’s worth the money. Thanks for a great stay.

This past month has been a lot for our family. A few weeks ago my kiddo was admitted into the Childrens Hospital and we had to find a hotel in such short notice. The night staff, especially Tammy, was wonderful and very patient with me late that night getting a room booked for my family and I. Each night when we returned to the hotel she was very warm and worked with us to extend each night. When we were finally able to go home I couldn’t express my gratitude enough for their hospitality. We went back to the hotel this past weekend for a check up for our kiddo and I was very happy to see that Tammy was the one checking in our family. Tammy and her other coworker from the time we stayed there for almost a week were very caring, warm, & welcoming. The rooms were very clean and everything was amazing for us. Thank you all for making things a little easier for us in a time of need.

BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!! My wife and daughter checked into room 116 on Saturday, Nov. 5th, 2022 and checked out on Sunday, Nov. 6th, 2022. On Monday we noticed 25-30 bites on my daughters left arm and leg. We called the hotel and told them about this and they offered to have a 3rd party check the room for "activity". We got a call back the next day confirming that there were bed bugs in the room. They apologized and refunded our money. In the couple of days since we've been home we've had pest control experts inspect our home for bed bug activity, and thankfully they have not found any. BUT they said that it would be too early to tell if there was and that we should monitor our home closely in the coming weeks. *Sidenote* The General Manager said that the bed bugs could have been "brought in by anyone" insinuating that my wife and daughter could have brought them in (kind of insulting but whatever), so having pest control experts not find any full grown bed bugs in our home disputes that theory* We had hoped to have a precautionary chemical treatment on our home ASAP as we have friends and family coming to visit soon. We were quoted a cost of $700-1,000 for this and shared this with the hotel and they were NOT willing to share the financial burden with us beyond the credit for our room (which was approximately $175). If you have recently stayed in the hotel I would call and ask them to have an inspection done on your room, and have them provide you with a copy of the report. Not everyone reacts to bed bug bites. So you may have been exposed without even knowing. Do a quick Google search on how quickly bed bugs spread and ask yourself if it is worth staying in this hotel.

Stayed here a few times and it has been excellent every time. Clean rooms, nice pool area. The only negative is the breakfast, not many options and not very good.

My wedding was 11/05/2022 & we were able to do room blocks for friends & family that were traveling from out of town. I talked to Amy about reservations & she accommodated to my needs as a very stressed bride! I discovered the venue was not open until noon for us, so I needed to find somewhere to get my bridesmaids ready. Amy was able to find me a large suite just days before the wedding! I was very impressed with how nice staff were. The room was very clean, the bed super comfy, & we had a lot of room. They made my wedding day less stressful.

Great hotel near the river walk. Friendly helpful staff. Free parking a short walk. Nice pool and fitness center. Breakfast was good too. Only complaint is overly active flow restricter in shower was a limp drizzle. But will stay again on next visit

Clean, centrally located, friendly staff, and a good nights sleep! Very nice breakfast, with a quick easy check out— what more could you want from a hotel room? Single nights stay, the room was exactly what it said on the tin! Thank you! We appreciated the suggestions for outings and dinner!

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice and very clean. My friend and I stayed in the courtyard was very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was very good and they had a great selection of things to eat. Will definitely be coming back for another weekend stay...

We didn't actually stay here, but their staff helped us out during a situation. They were sold out, and were kind enough to really take the time to help us not find JUST a hotel room, but one that would accommodate all of our needs, including our son that is Autistic. It was getting pretty late, it was a Saturday night, I was super stressed, and the young man really helped out! It was amazing! Both his Manager and his Mother should be proud!! I'll definitely attempt to stay here!

I went to Wichita with a friend for a family visit and the hotel I had stayed in previously was full so this was our second choice. It was a great choice! We will definitely stay again. It was very clean. All the staff were great. Especially the young man that checked us in. He is an excellent asset to their team! He was very kind and welcoming and explained everything well. I did not catch his name unfortunately. The pool was nice but a little cool. We were crowded out in the pool by a group of people but that's not the hotels fault. All the hotels were pretty full including this one. We loved the courtyard. It was very nice to sit out there at night. We didn't get to see the fire pit on but maybe we will catch it sometime when we go back . They have a bar but we didn't make use of it so I can't comment on it. The water area was nice to check out.. we'll have to remember to bring food for the fish next time we come. The only real drawback is the parking garage. But it's right next to the hotel so not far. And there are cameras everywhere in there. We felt pretty safe. Overall really enjoyed the stay and we'll definitely be back.
