We
stayed
here
as
a
last
resort,
and
it
was
pretty
awful.
We
couldn't
make
it
to
our
initial
hotel
reservation
in
Nebraska
due
to
our
moving
truck
breaking
down
several
times,
so
we
stopped
at
this
location
after
calling
to
make
sure
they're
pet-friendly
like
the
other
location
we
were
going
to
stay
at
in
Nebraska
was.
It
was
after
midnight
when
I
walked
in
to
ask
for
a
room
and
we
were
all
exhausted
and
mentally
drained,
so
I
completely
forgot
to
tell
the
guy
at
the
registration
desk
that
we
were
traveling
with
our
cats
since
we
were
moving
cross
country.
When
I
began
bringing
our
belongings
into
the
building,
the
same
guy
at
the
desk
(older,
maybe
middle-eastern
man
I
think),
stopped
me
to
ask
if
I
was
bringing
my
pets
in.
I
said
yes,
then
he
started
talking
about
a
$25
pet
fee
per
pet,
and
I
was
so
exhausted
that
I
just
stood
there
trying
not
to
scream,
when
another
employee
came
out
to
say
it
was
fine
and
not
to
charge
us,
so
I
finally
went
up
to
our
room.
We
brought
our
belongings
in
through
a
side
door
that
I
didn't
see
at
first,
just
to
avoid
contact
with
the
receptionist.
My
husband
and
I
later
decided
to
go
down
and
ask
them
about
it
again,
and
when
he
mentioned
the
pet
fee
again,
we
mentioned
that
I
have
an
ESA
letter
if
it
helps.
He
asked
what
the
letter
was
for,
which
I'm
not
sure
if
he
was
asking
what
my
disability
is
(which
is
illegal),
or
if
he
just
didn't
know
what
an
ESA
letter
was.
I
got
so
frustrated
that
I
said
"just
charge
it"
and
left
because
I
wanted
to
get
to
bed
already.
A
few
hours
later
when
we
were
ready
to
leave,
we
asked
if
they
had
a
luggage
cart,
and
my
husband
noticed
a
different
receptionist
was
at
the
desk
and
explained
what
happened
when
we
were
checking
in.
Apparently,
that
same
receptionist
we
dealt
with
when
checking
in
always
harasses
people
about
pet
fees,
and
had
done
the
same
thing
to
an
elderly
couple
I
think
that
day
or
the
day
before.
We
gave
them
our
information
so
they
could
tell
management
about
it,
but
I
haven't
heard
anything.
I
checked
our
bank
to
see
if
we'd
actually
been
charged
the
pet
fees,
and
we
weren't,
so
that's
good
at
least.
The
morning
receptionist
was
extremely
pleasant
and
understanding.
I
even
checked
the
website
to
see
about
the
pet
fee,
and
all
I
could
find
was
information
saying
it
was
an
"optional
$20
fee".
Just
a
note,
but
most
people
are
going
to
assume
"pet-friendly"
means
what
it
sounds
like;
it's
fine
to
stay
with
your
pets
and
there's
no
fee.
Anyways,
the
towels
had
weird
stains
and
the
parking
lot
was
horribly
tiny.
The
room
was
also
a
shoe
box
and
I
wondered
if
it
used
to
be
a
microtel
or
something,
they're
that
tiny.
I
would
recommend
you
find
anything
else
in
the
area
if
you're
able.
