This place was incredibly run down. The lights in the parking lot were off so it was pitch black out there. My room had a broken microwave with a door that wouldn't close so its light shined right on the bed all night. The sink light had a weird purple glow that made seeing anything difficult. My coworker's room door was open when she arrived and another coworker was placed into a room that already had another person checked into it! The breakfast food was mediocre with some of it cold. The bed was comfortable at least which is probably the only good thing I can say about the stay here. Also annoyed that I did not get my receipt under the door like other hotels do and I had to wait in line for 15 minutes just to check out and get my receipt. I won't be staying here again.

I was satisfied with the Jacuzzi in room, which was why I chose this hotel to begin with. My satisfaction ended there. Towels were small, there were no toiletries in the bathroom and the breakfast bar consisted of a pancake machine and 3 muffins. The juice machine dispensed air, the coffee was cold and there was no milk for the half a bowl of cereal that was available in the dispenser. If you're not going to have a breakfast buffet, fine. Stop advertising it, though. Won't stay here again.

Front desk clerk and cleaning staff were super friendly. Rooms are big. Water pressure was good. Decor is a little dated but you can tell new owners are trying to turn the place around.

Great staff and good pricing! Our room was spacious, cute, and fully equipped - fridge, stove, pots, microwave... you can tell it's an old nursing home but the transformation is incredible. Super cozy, comfy, and nice. The breakfast was good too, good spread of items Buffet style

Seems to be a hit or miss experience. I'm not sure when they changed to no smoking but apparently some people still smoke in the rooms despite the fine. Our first room smelled like smoke. We asked to change rooms and they were very understanding and switched our room which was much better. Breakfast was extremely minimal to where we didn't eat there the second morning. They did have a great price for the room so I would recommend staying for short stays where you won't really use the amenities.

Originally planned on giving a 3 star rating, after arriving and finding friendly staff and a decent sized, clean, and comfortable room. However, if it weren't for that it would definitely have been a 1 star. This is an older hotel that is in need of some updates and repair beyond what one would normally expect. It's obvious three owners/management are trying to get by doing as little as possible. To start with with first arriving if you are after dark you will notice that only 1 of 6 parking lights work. Not exactly the conditions you want to leave your car in, in a strange place but I get it. Then upon entering the room (which again was clean) it was very stuffy as the a/c had been completely shut off. Presumably to save money. So I turned it only to have the compressor cycle on and off every 5 minutes. Even with this I was able to get an ok nights sleep. Not great but not three worst ever. However, in the morning things just got worse. The shower curtain rod was loose causing the curtain to not be able to close all the way. This made for unsafe conditions upon exiting the shower as water had gotten all over the tile floor. Also, while it worked the shower head had obviously been broken and not properly fixed. Then upon going down stairs for breakfast I found a nice note explaining that due to costs they were no longer able to offer the what they normally world. The note confined dating they had a simple continental breakfast. Simple is an understatement. What was available was corn flakes, mini "hostess" type donuts, and 2 types of small muffins. Then they had milk and watered down orange juice in a couple of pitchers. I can understand needing too cut costs and maybe not offering hot breakfast items, but they would have been better off offering nothing and letting guests know ahead of time. Finally, there were several signs on things such as ice makers and a washing machine apologizing for then not working. While it wasn't a super expensive place I have definitely stayed in better for less and would not return.

Not accommodating at all. Bathroom was nasty and there was blonde hair on the bed but we left so when I called back to switch rooms the manager wouldn’t allow us because I didn’t tell her before we left. How freaking gross? And what kind of customer service is that? I was willing to pay the difference in fees for a double but not for a room with hair in it and to get a new room. I will not stay again or recommend in the future.

I don’t see how this hotel gets 4 and 5 star reviews. It appears that it once was a very good hotel - now it is just tired and poorly maintained. Pros - room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Cons - no hand towels and none were delivered after 2 requests. Coffee maker, no pot or place to plug it in, unless the desk or sink were options. No ice machines working. Breakfast was reduced to cereal, mini donuts and milk served out of a pitcher. They have a pancake making machine the kids might like. I have never seen such a short toilet in my life. The rugs may have been clean, but were so worn that you couldn’t tell. By the way, they had you sign a form indicating that the reduced “breakfast “ was to provide a good rate. Two final observations: 1) good luck if you have multiple devices - outlets are sparse and you have to move furniture. 2) the “toiletries” are a joke.

My stay was pretty good. The room was very spacious and the decorations were suitable. However, the breakfast was far from superior. There were very limited options and an unclean area. We waited on extra towels for over and hour and missed checkout time. With all of that, the price was still worth the quality of the rooms.

Booked a jacuzzi suite. Room was clean been well used. The chair needs replaced. Air conditioner spit water out all night, by morning the floor around ac unit was wet. Entryway light was burned out so a little dark in the sink area. Shower didn't have much in way of temperature control for the water. It was as either hot or really hot. I like to turn the water to cool before I get out of the shower so did not like that. Website said they had breakfast buffet but upon check in, found out they did not. That wasn't a big deal to us, but for someone expecting it they will be disappointed.
