People go here to commit suicide. Several people have killed themselves in the Pawnee inn. The owners rent the same room out and don't tell anyone. The owners in courage people to over dose on pills and alcohol. Only go to the Pawnee Inn when you want to kill someone or help them die.

Rooms are actually descent in comparison (not in general lol) to the other rooms in that area (basically on south Broadway) they do not allow you to pass on them coming in and cleaning more than 1 day, so every other day at LEAST the room is cleaned which probably explains that it's been for the most part maintained a hell of a lot better than the other motels in the same area. Walmart, laundromat, dollar general, church's chicken, right across the street. Convenient location as far as stores and food close by.

Service was great but the location was definitely not the best. Ill reputes everywhere. And while some of the rooms were actually smoking rooms, they were quite outdated.

It's a "budget" hotel... A lot of people on bikes, carrying back packs usually hanging around the area. Walmart across the street. Liquor store next door. Didn't see any critters though

Parking lot is always packed, but the rooms are nice and the people hanging around the parking lot are either extremely friendly or creepy as can be, there's really no in between on that. Methany and Talkative Tony are the type that frequent the parking lot.

the management is very accommodating and friendly. just make sure you pay on time. or they will start to call your room early to prepare you for check out time

Total dump. Cigarette burns in the bedding. Trash everywhere. Very bad element permenatly living there. So if you like to listen to ac unit rattling and deadbeats in the parking lot all night long. This is the place.

Convenient location and one of the better hotels for this area. Room was decent,air conditioner worked fine. However in the room we stayed in, there was a hole in the bathroom door that went halfway through it (likely a punch from a previous guest,I imagine?) It was "repaired" with some good ol' duct tape. If anything my husband found it humorous. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Average hotel prices, friendly, fast, realiable service

Before my stay, I heard unpleasant things about this motel. But after entering my room, it was neatly clean, lots of space, and hospitality was professional. Highly recommend for a few night stay.

Attendant seemed irritated at having to help me, room was dirty, probably won't be staying again.

Very basic, older rooms. Gentleman at check out was somewhat rude, but I attributed that to his usual clientele. I stay here from time to time and it's the same as always.

Pawnee inn is the best price best rooms and location you can't go wrong when you stay at the Pawnee Inn

Completely over the top on the room rates. 65 dollars? Really? Clean but not exactly worth 25 bucks more than the average nightly rate at any other motel. Clean but expensive and no extras whatsoever. No laundry. No pool. No breakfast. No late checkout. 1 towel. Hey 5 bucks back whenever you return the key or the remote or something. Also there is extremely rude office personnel and complete lack of house keeping. Plus i had to go to the atm and checkout is at 10:30 which is exactly why time it happened to be so without a car I needed to make the walk to Walmart to get the cash to pay for one more day and they kicked out my boyfriend and took the room key while I was gone! For this I will not ever stay there again.

This is a good place to spend the night,,, rooms are clean have microwave and mini fridge to keep drunks
