First off, Dee is freaking fantastic! It's people like that that can make or break your stay. Great customer service skills! The room is nice BUT the breakfast needs some work. It's ok for a complimentary breakfast but it's very bland. All in all 4.5 Once again, this is a about Dee and the other staff. 💯 Phenomenal! Dee and the other staff have switched me from Wyndham to Marriot . Your reception when I walk in makes me feel like I'm at home. Kudos to Dee ❤️

The breakfast / lobby area is quite small. The queen suite was small but functional. The bed, however, was awful. So uncomfortable and worn out that we both kept waking up smashed together in the middle because of the dip in the bed.

The rooms were clean, the full kitchen was equipped. The walls are thin, so you can hear doors slamming down the hallway. We experienced a hiccup during the stay, but were very impressed by the management’s response to our concern and resolution. Breakfast was as expected (standard oatmeal, hot items, waffles, etc) and hot food was regularly refilled. Check-in was a bit chaotic, but staff was warm and friendly.

This is a clean and comfortable facility. Front desk staff were helpful in finding me the best rate. I appreciated the cookie display upon entry. My room was compact but well furnished. I was on the 2nd floor near a stair well, so heard more people going up and down in the night than I anticipated. Also had light pollution in the night from the green glowing clock, smoke detection unit with light above my bed, and black out curtains that didn't quite black out so movement in the parking lot below would let light into the room. I really appreciated the tub/shower combo (pics attached), but slipped getting in due to no slip resistant features, and found the only grab bar to be high up on the far wall near the toilet. Really need at least one more, perhaps mid wall at a lower level, to make this more friendly to accessibility. I hate to come off as negative however. I spend much of my year in hotels and on the road. This was better than many, easy access from the road, and exactly where I needed it to be for my morning plans. Would definitely stay again, and also recommend to friends.

Rude desk personnel. Didn't greet me. I booked a king on the mariott bonvoy site, got there, and he told me there weren't any king rooms available. He said he only had double queen rooms and when we got to the room it was one queen bed. No planation, from the desk check in man. I travel many months of the year and have never met such rude service. Will never go here again.

We had a leak that was large enough to force us out of our home for almost a week during the repairs. We work third shift and needed a place to stay quickly. They were able to help us out and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice on where to stay. They were pet friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean as were the rest of the property. The bathroom was spotless! Staff was amazing, warm and helpful throughout the day and night. Taking my dogs out, despite the time of day, I always felt safe as the grounds were well lit with lights from the hotel itself and the highway nearby. Wonderfully located but didn't make you feel like you were right in the middle of all the traffic and people. I will always recommend people here from now on. Thank you so much!!!

On the road AGAIN! It's always been a great experience (so far) staying at a Marriott location, and this was no exception. Clean rooms and lobby, very friendly staff and a pretty tasty breakfast. The expandable desk and a full sized coffee pot in the room really puts this over the top. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste, but we can't have e everything!

Do yourself a favor and read the negative reviews. Worst Marriott property I've stayed at by a country mile. room: "upgrade" Reserved a 2 bed studio got "upgraded" to a 1 bd suite even through we needed 2 beds. Complaints went unaddressed. Bed: Even the one"real" bed had the problem others have noted of two adults "sinking" towards the middle. breakfast: We were down at 8:05 for a breakfast that ended at 9;00 and no food was restocked. Staff was just standing with earbuds in watching guests complain about when food might be restocked but doing nothing about it. just watched us. Checked breakfast again out of curiosity at 8:50. there was nothing left and still staff just standing there with earbuds in.

The staff is probably the friendliest staff I've encountered at a hotel. Free, fresh cookies at the front desk! Water and pink lemonade are always available. We needed extra pillows and towels, and they didn't act like it was a bother to get stuff for us like some hotels do. The rooms were clean. The sheets and towels didn't have stains. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room are good quality and smell amazing. Breakfast was good. It rotates, so if you stay for more than one day you get a variety. Everything was clean - from the parking lot to the lobby to the room to the courtyard. You can tell they take pride in their hotel. The mattresses were super comfortable, so a good night's rest was easy. Highly recommend this hotel!!

The rooms here are absolutely beautiful and have a full kitchen so worth it. The halls are super long and remind me of the shining. I think it would be completely awesome to decorate it as the shining for Halloween.

Beautiful room! Very comfy bed. Super nice shower. Whole kitchen setup. Super friendly staff. The 3rd shift lady makes homemade cookies for the residents free for the taking (very delicious too I must add). This was the nicest hotel I've stayed at in a very long time. They actually care about their customers and make sure their taken care if. Highly recommend. I'll be back for sure.

Had a great stay here over the holidays. The room was clean and spacious and quiet. The only issue was the pull out sofa was a little on the small side. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

My family made reservations on this site for a trip from Texas to Wichita. As the weekend came nearer for us to go on our visit, my family in Kansas became ill and I was unable to take my mother to see them. I have been working for TWO (2) WEEKS to get someone to hear my case and refund our money. I will never stay at a place that cannot release funds for the health of others. This place is pathetic and will not receive my business!

The worse experience I had in my life. The room was noise, had a window broken and it was taped and nobody told us, I notify this. The shower curtain was short, so the water run on the floor while you take a shower. Also, they change the towels to a creepiest ones, and they do not dry you at all. Also when I got there they hold on my credit card more than US3000 for a stay that was charge for US551. Finally the manager for no reason at all did not let us stay the reservation I had for 28 days, and didn't give any reason for this decision even though, I am a Elite member of Bomboy. This was such a disappointment and a very injustify thing to do. The hotel haven't notice anything by email and kick my son that is handicap and me out of it for NO reason at all. I hope they can send me an email and correct this wrongfullness.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom with spouse and 2 kids. Kind of weird that the AC is only out in the living room area and then a 12" square fan to blow air in the bedroom. It was difficult getting the bedroom cool enough without freezing the kids in the living room area. Breakfast was good, nice having something more substantial than pastries. The 3 mornings we were there they had a breakfast sandwich, eggs of some kind and a breakfast meat. Plus your standard waffle maker, yogurt, cereal and oatmeal. The bed was adequate, but not super comfortable, we both felt like we were sinking into the center of the bed. The room was lacking some basics, we had to ask for a bar of soap and for linens for the sofa bed.

These people try and succeed. The rooms are a good size and comfortable with all one could basically need. Breakfast options are slim, but normal for Townhouse. The staff is helpful and seem very happy to do what they can. It was much nicer than a newer one we had to stay at last week. Plus, there are fresh baked cookies. :)

There were one or two minor negatives. The place was homey and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The staff were pleasant and friendly. If I ever ended up in Wichita again I would definitely stay here! Definitely recommend!

Steve and the staff here were extremely helpful after my house caught on fire and we needed somewhere to stay, they kept the room clean and helped us with everything we need, including help us replace somethings we lost in the fire. Steve and his staff are extremely friendly and caring for their customers. Definitely would come back if I had to 😊

I stayed here one night while on the road and This place exceeded my expectations. We checked in super late and the person working, Kyle, was extremely kind and professional even late at night. The rooms are SUPER clean from the bathroom, to kitchen, to the bed sheets. It has a decent breakfast, nothing special, but it gets you going to get back on the road! Spoke with the two front desk people the morning I left and they were both warm and pleasant at 7am:) I will always stay here when I pass through Wichita.

We had a good experience at Town Place Suites. It was a very nice room. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there for fanciness, we were there to comfortably rest. It was simple, clean, and everything worked. All the appliances and most of the furniture appeared to be quite new. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and we slept well. The breakfast was interesting... instead of the usual scrambled eggs and sausage that most locations serve, there were (packaged, personal size) warm spinach and cheese crustless quiches. And my husband had his waffles, he always loves that.

My stay was top notch, all the employees were extremely nice and professional except for one who I don't remember his name but I think its main main owner. He was not as polite and homey vibes. But main people that stuck out was Steve who was the most polite humble being I have met in a hotel setting. He was always up to make sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our experience nice and feel like home after ours was taken. I would recommend to a friend due to staff besides higher up. Maybe he could learn some hospitality from Steve and the others

Bed was soft, room was very tidy. The only issue was deadbolt in room 314 or 315 didn't lock fully. Arrived at 0200 am after a 14 hour drive so too tired to worry about it.

The room smelled very musty upon entering. There were some dishes in the cabinets but they were not clean. The provided breakfast ok for a hotel breakfast but the eggs looked unwelcomeing.

Tons of room if you have more than 4 people. Room was clean, staff was friendly, only minor issue is the breakfast area is very small. The breakfast itself was fine, just no space to sit or move around.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff always went above and beyond for anything I needed. I certainly recommend staying here if your in town. It’s a post covid world so anywhere hospitality is still regrouping so don’t “nit pick” and enjoy the comfortable quiet stay.

The room was clean and nice, the staff was always there when I needed clean towels or anything. The bathroom door was broken the day I arrived, but I did let the staff know instantly and they fixed it in no time. Great hotel, super recommended.

Here 5 weeks and told how deep clean with linen changes every 7 days. This only happened once and assist manager changed sheets once. He is great. When I talked with manager he assured me he would take care of it. I stay in hotels at least 9 months a year. I mark things to tell if cleaned. Sheets are easy to tell if fresh or not. Manager still hasn't seen that my room gets clean. I have 3 more weeks and never staying here again. I also stopped eating breakfast when I noticed food sets in containers for hours after breakfast done.
