Note: Only stayed overnight for 6 hours. Fast friendly service. Room was very clean and nice. Bathroom was clean and spacious, as was the room. Full size refrigerator and sink. Was an unexpected quick stay. Sorry I have no pictures of room and that I don't have more to say :(

Disgustingly dirty and it smells!!! More of a flop house that a hotel. Dirty floors, dirty walls, dirty doors, dirty public restrooms. To be clear ... I'm not saying it was messy or in need of a basic cleaning - I'm saying it was disgustingly dirty like it never gets cleaned! Case in point, the elevator...it had dozens of dead bugs in the overhead light! That doesn't happen because a cleaning or two was missed. As for the 'suite'... the kitchen had sticky, dirty floors and a dirty refrigerator. The bath had a roach in the bathtub, and I'd bet a fair amount of $$ that the sheets were not clean! You've been warned.

Based on my experience here, I would not recommend overall. Outside looks nice. Plenty of parking. Nice surrounding area. However, customer service was not good. No trash bin in room. Hallways and main corridor were really hot. AC worked decent. Not satisfied with my stay and would not return or recommend.

This hotel is a shame of Wyndham brand. Scammed. Worst experience ever. Don't go there. We got two rooms #133 and #138. Filthy furniture and carpet in each room. Room #138 was totally trashed. Trash in the bathroom and kitchen, old water bottles in the fridge, bottle of used perfume and used wash cloth on the kitchen countertop. Hotel charged us deposit for each room. But they returned just one deposit. About second room they even don't want to talk. We already called twice. First call we were promised return of the second deposit $50. Second call they already don't understand what do we want. Totally we were charged: For one room 2 transactions $109.28 room price and $50 deposit. For second room 1 transaction $159.28 room price+deposit. I believe they charge that way on porpoise to pretend they charged you $50 just ones. But what about $159.28 charge? If room price is just $109.29. Please check another reviews. Many customers were scammed the same way. We are going to small claims court to return our money. We would post this truthful review everywhere.

Very meteryoker! Things like hairdryer in bathroom fell off wall exposing wires twisted together and not insulated, definitely a fire hazard!!!! Coffee maker dirty. No hangers!! Half empty lotion. Sink faucets are backwards...hot on right. Hazard. Breakfast was adequate. One wastebasket and no wall clocks or alarm clock. The bed was comfortable. Slept well.

Stopped here on our way to Mt. Rushmore with my family of 6 and our dog booked the 2 bedroom suite. Very Spacious rooms, a little outdated but for the price can't complain, my kids loved it the pool , the breakfast, kids give you 2 thumbs up and that's good enough for mom and dad🥰 Thank you! Felt very welcomed with our dog

This is a nice, quiet hotel surrounded by trees. The pool is in a court which feels like a large, private back yard. We got upgraded to a premium room: large, vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling window, king bed, kitchenette. Wow... quiet and comfortable. Clean and fresh. Staff was kind but busy.

This place was filthy. The hallway carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. The side door would not unlock with the key card, even though it worked on the room, forcing us to walk around the building to use the main entrance. The room was dirty with stains on the walls and floors. The shower had mold growing in the seams. There were bags of trash in the hallway and piled outside the exit door. The trash was there for our entire stay. Also, the dishwasher was out of order, and the refrigerator was extremely loud. We will not stay there ever again!

The rooms are nice and the staff is helpful and friendly. It's located in a nice, quiet area. They also serve breakfast in the mornings which isn't bad. They have a pool open in the summer and a small gym, a coin-operated washer and dryer for guests and a small convenience area for snacks and necessities.

This place is out of the way but not inconvenient. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I try to stay here every time I am in town.

Clean rooms. Good prices. King sized bed. We had a bedroom and kitchen/livingroom suite for a very reasonable price. Be sure and go to breakfast early.

Overpriced motel. Spouse's words when we pulled up was "looks like a nursing home". Getting tired of these places charging more than value offered. This isn't a vacation hotspot. You are providing a temporary living space for people passing through. Can't even remove "temporary" deposit in time before hitting CC. Gives the appearance of being shady.

Why do I have to pay a $100 deposit when the guy right in front of me only had to pay $50? I sure I know why but I want one you to say it. & it’s very musty at night you guys need to be able to tell your employees to shower.

We only stayed overnight, but the service was friendly and quick, and the room was better than I'd expected. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to have a full kitchen!

Bed is good lil stiff for my liking, need bigger tv. Bathroom was clean only 1 trash can available though. Breakfast was ok but,there was no gluten free options. There was no fruit,sasuage, eggs,or anything people on keto can eat. Yogurt was the only thing but, that isnt really filling. They need milk cartons not a pitcher of not marked milk. Staff was friendly just need to make a better option breakfast.

Experience was just about ok. Front desk was slow at both check-in and check-out. Room was dated but clean and moderately comfortable. Internet was really slow and intermittent as well. Breakfast was basic and could have benefited from some sausages and egg options. On the plus side, it’s dog-friendly and the pet relief areas were adequate.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfy with just the right firmness to the mattress. Was pleasantly surprised to find a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot and microwave in the room as well. Along with a loveseat, chair and coffee table. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Pool was clean. Bed was comfortable. Did not eat the free breakfast so no opinion on that. Location was great. Great value for the money.

Room was super clean. Nice and cool upon entering. Comfortable bed. Plenty of delivery options for food as well. Customer service was wonderful and the girl at the front desk was super welcoming. Nice and quiet, very peaceful. Very family friendly.
