Not only was it pretty rowdy on the second floor, but someone tried to open my door around 1 am. and then started banging on the door, scaring my wife and daughter. When I called the front desk, they just exclaimed no pnes on the camera now. In order to flush the toilet, you had to take the back off and manually pull the stop. When i informed them the next morning, their explanation was that there were several rooms that were like that, and they didn't know why it hadn't been fixed. For 212 dollars, I figured it would have been better

Here's where the rubber meets the road on this place. It has lots of amenities listed that they do not do. There is not pillow top mattresses in the king rooms. Their fitness centers very small and three of the aerobic machines which is all they had we're out of order. The pool which they advertise on their front sign is very cold and not heated properly. They cleaned it while I was there and it did not look like they did a very good job but it did make it even colder. They had some kids from college at a tournament here that was smoking marijuana in the rooms. So it made the hallways near our room very smelly. They stated they give out newspapers everyday I haven't seen a paper there ever. Caroline has always been a great person here at this facility. Also we are very impressed by the maid service here. However if you are looking for the amenities you pay for here are very limited. About the only thing you're going to get is the free breakfast every morning until 9 a.m. Also the location of this hotel is very sketchy it's between a Motel 6 and a Super 8 not very good company for a family Hotel. Don't think for a moment you're going to get away with smoking in this facility. The maids are very good at telling the general manager who is smoking whatever in their rooms. I feel like it's a good quiet Hotel that has great facilities people for the most part. However it needs to have the hot tub hot and working not out of order. And definitely buy new exercise equipment for the gym it definitely needs a good bicycle, elliptical trainer ,and a good treadmill. Also they need to offer their breakfast hours at least till 10 a.m. I hope they will take my tips this is my second trip here it was more disappointing this time than the first time. Unfortunately they're going downhill not uphill. May you seek your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ daily.

This is a good hotel....Beds are almost close to home.. For the most part the staff I've come in contact with have been pleasant.. I Like the fact that now you're locking the entry doors at night.... Better safe than sorry...!!! The sweet little woman who works the kitchen area is wonderful... And the staff (lady)that greet us on Fridays' check in is equally wonderful and always so patient and calm.. willing to help!

Overall it was ok I'd stay there again. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The only complaint I had was the service. Our TV was out and they were basically just like oh well play with the wires no one can fix it since our maintenance guy isn't here. Not a big deal but a little annoying.

This is by far far one of the cleanest places we have stayed. Excellent housekeeping! Thank you! The beds and pillows were nice. Best nights sleep I have had while on the road. Breakfast bar was well maintained. Staff was friendly! Thank you!

Enjoyed a one-night visit at this clean hotel. The price was really affordable and the staff was very helpful/friendly. Breakfast was so good, residents from across the street at Motel 6, were trying to crash the place for free food. (Apparently, this is more common than I thought). People, just stay at this hotel so you don't have to steal breakfast from another. It's a no-brainer!

This location has everything you would want or need in lodging. Great comfy beds, plenty of towels, lots of USB ports. Good location. Nice hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles, and more. Great signage regarding pool towels, breakfast, and room items. I'd definitely stay here again if in the area

I'm fairly certain that many of the Google reviews for this motel are fake. I reserved a single king room online and they said that my reservation was for a double queen and they wouldn't give me a king even when I said I'd pay higher rate. I could have shown the desk clerk my reservation, but he didn't speak English clear enough to have a conversation with, so I just gave up. The motel is somewhat clean, but in dis-repair. The breakfast was cold. The rooms smell like a cheap cleaning solution. It feels like a place where every corner is cut to save money. This is my last stay in a Best Western.

First off, I just wanted to thank Jan at the continental breakfast. The food was delicious, and she was so friendly & welcoming. It really made my morning just for someone to be so kind. Second, the room I stayed in was extremely clean, and I booked a pet-friendly room too! I wouldn’t have even known a difference honestly. I got a great nights sleep and I’m ready to tackle my long drive home. Every time I’ve ever stayed at a Best Western, I’ve always been super pleased. Thank you Best West!

I had a really good experience both times I have stayed here for work . Clean , neat , the hotel staff are professional. Shelly went above and beyond to take care of me . I would recommend staying here

Breakfast was excellent! The lady was always watching the hot food that it was constantly full. She also kept the area clean. She made the breakfast a pleasure.

Surprisingly phenomenal place to sleep. Bed was extremely comfortable. Quiet rooms, indoor pool, free breakfast. Wish I could have stayed here a few extra nights. Close to a lot of great food spots.

They have closed the jacuzzi permanently. Really nice bathroom. Good breakfast. The first room smelled lightly of smoke. Front desk moved us two doors down and the room smelled fresh and clean. Pet friendly pool was warm rather than cold. Pool room was slightly cool at 9:30pm. Liked our stay.

Bed was very comfortable and room clean. These two points are the most important to me. Breakfast was good and staff, especially the lady in the dining room, very nice and helpful. Good hot shower. Room was rather dark and furnishings showing their age. Doors slam very loudly and didn’t appreciate neighbor coming in at 1 am and repeatedly slamming doors. (why aren’t people more conscious of that?) Good place to stay for the price.

My go-to place in Wichita. Pool, workout room, and a complimentary hot breakfast. Pet friendly on the first floor. If you'd prefer to avoid dogs book the second or third floors. My only complaint about the rooms is that the refrigerators do not have an ice compartment, so no recharging the "blue ice" overnight.

I chose this hotel because of the indoor hot tub. Thumbs down because the hot tub was out of order when we got here. I wish there was a way for hotels to show when amenities aren't going to be as advertised. We could've stayed at a closer (to our destination) hotel or another Best Western if we had known. BUT the breakfast attendant was so gracious and helpful that she really made up for it! The room was clean, the bathroom could've used more light (for us older folks) and it had some water damage, and the shower was good for my 6'4 son. It's surprising how low some shower heads are in some hotels. This one was good, though, and the tub drained. Shopping and restaurants were pretty close by, so that was nice. It's about 15 minutes from the airport.

Very pleased with our stay. Easy to find, but takes a little learning to get around the nearby streets. Nice, friendly people that seem genuinely concerned about your stay.

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in! Felt super homey and they provided pack and plays for our small children which mad eit so easy on us! The staff was super helpful and so so friendly! Will definitley be staying here again!

This was the best hotel of our entire vacation. All of the staff was so kind and helpful. Great location and rooms. Breakfast was good. Nice washer and dryer that customers can use. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Room was clean but the air conditioner had a fishy smell. Wasn’t bad enough to make me request a different room. Pool looked nice but didn’t use it. Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was good.

A recently built/remodeled “box” hotel where you drag all your stuff through the lobby. I prefer to park in front of the room door. Very friendly reception. Good room/bathroom size. Bathtub/shower stall had non-slip floor and one (preferred 1.25 inch) grab bar. Smallish TV with worst channel listing I’ve seen recently. Zero movie channels. One bedside lamp was broken. No notepad/pen at desk. Just fine for quick overnight, but not competitive given the glut of nearby hotels.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable! The hotel is in a good location as well. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and recommended some restaurants around. There is a pool and fitness room. My brothers and I enjoyed the pool and my brother also has no complaints about the fitness room.

Amazing Hotel! THE BEST of the BEST WESTERN PLUS hotels I stayed at. Clean, everything worked, nice pool, operated by very courteous and friendly people. Ms. Judy at front desk is very knowledgeable. WATER in the sink and shower is GREAT - not hard and not soft, easy to wash off soap, leaves skin feeling CLEAN. Definitely will come back here.
