Do not believe the photos of the rooms of this hotel. There are only a few renovated rooms, but most are not. The carpet is absolutely disgusting, the walls have dried gunk all over, the tvs and remotes don't work, the facility bathrooms are out of service. The rooms are completely unsanitary. We have tried to get a refund for our second nights stay as we left after the first night but we still cant get the owner to call us back.

Jade the manager was unprofessional, rude, And didn’t execute her job well. I paid online through a third party so everything was paid for. I get rooms here a lot. my first time in contact with her and she was very difficult to do business with. She returned my 2nd card because she said she wasn’t going to allow me to get a room there. I lost out on money and difficulty getting a refund I paid for a week. I had to take my business elsewhere due to her being discriminatory against my race. This place needs to be closed. The last time I purchased a room it was dirty had animal hair everywhere sheets and bathroom was dirty total unacceptable. I advise everyone to take your business elsewhere they don’t value customers and are rude ghetto and unprofessional and will make you very upset. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH Super 8 again and Will convince anyone who asks about this place to go somewhere else. If I could it would be zero stars

Horrible hotel the moment you walk in it smells like marijuana and smoke through out all of the hotel. Maintenance is horrible paint chipping everywhere stains and spots everywhere carpet cut or missing in spots. The room wasn’t any better smelled horrible random stains on carpet and ceiling furniture was awful and bed mattress were falling apart. Worst part there was bed bugs on beds and cockroaches everywhere in room. Immediately walked out and spent and extra 40 dollars at a way better hotel. Never going back pictures are misleading

If you are looking for a place to lay your head after a long drive, DO NOT STAY HERE. Drive to something else. Value for your money, no. We paid $250 plus tax for 2 nights. People beat on our door all night. Not a nice mistaken room knock. No, this was a full on wondering if they are trying to break in. We spoke to the staff. 2nd Night of the beating on door was just crazy. This went on for 2 night all night. Staff apologized but that was basically it. Water falls happened in the hall lighting. 10pm at night the staff was running vacuums to clean up the water in the hall. We had ask for bum paper as we were left with a half a roll on checking. On checkout someone had their window busted out. Random people were crawling threw windows on the 1st floor from the outside. The shower= That was an interesting experience. Toilet, another interesting experience. Ask for extra towels because you will need to pile them around the bathroom floor to help with water leaks. And use great caution if you potty in the night because that floor will be a water puddle

This is definitely one of the worst motels I've ever stayed in. It certainly isn't worthy of being called a "hotel". It is a 1 star motel, at best . The entire motel is old and rundown and falling apart. The rooms are dirty, the bedding is stained and dirty, the lampshades on the lamps are stained because of people smoking, etc. People smoke throughout the motel, even in the rooms that are designated as "non-smoking". All the rooms smell very bad, like cigarette smoke and dogs. They let dogs run around the motel. The fact that they can charge $75 - $85 per night for this rundown, trashy motel is beyond my comprehension. I will never stay here again. It was so disgusting! I wouldn't pay more than $25 per night for one of the rooms at this motel, and that's if I was desperate!

Disappointing stay. A rundown room begging for renovation. Mattress was caved in on one side. Oval toilet had a round seat. Lol. Holes were patched, not painted. Smoke smell was hard to avoid. Room was clean, however. Felt overcharged due to room condition.

We made the mistake of staying during a tournament weekend.. so needless to say there were kids running the Halls all hours of the night being and banging on doors. They were short staffed and I understand that. Are toilet was leaking they came to try to fix it once and never came back to fix it again so the floor was wet I about broke my neck. Was offered a 20% discount for the trouble and some how my 20% discount for the $615 I spent on the rooms was only $41.

The room had a bad smell to it. You have to keep the air conditioner on to keep the smell at bay. Run down, doors on outside are broken and anyone can come in with out a key card. The doors to the rooms have broken locks. The gym room is small and all the exercise equipment is broken. Bathroom wasn't very clean.

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. This place is infested with bed bugs, do not stay here! I drove 13 hours and all I wanted to do was sleep but woke up to bed bugs all over. They got my original post deleted which has pictures of the bugs on the bed. This place should be burnt down.

I booked my hotel over 2 months ago and when I got there they said they gave my room to someone else because it was 8pm when I showed up. They did give me a roll out bed but, I'm so confused as to why they would give my room away. The other super8 I stayed at in Georgia had issues too with check in. Also, there are people living there and people are definitely smoking in the rooms. Rust, stains, dirty, moldy smelling. At one point the air was turned off and I smelled urine.

I am the diamond member level and all they (the hotel staff) were hyper hyper hyper concerned with was mistreating me…just me. This isnt something to brag about…it really says a-lot about the people, but c’mon i gave you like 10 chances to get it right. What is wrong with you people. What is wrong with you people? I know that both of your maintenance “men” are lgbt. I know that your male night auditor is also lgbt. I am not in the closet, I do not think of myself as a girl or woman. I repeat, THAT IS YOUR MALE STAFF. Got that—-and they are disgusting, would give this 2 STARS IF MELANIE THE GM LISTENED TO ME

Hotel is very old and not updated at all. Mattress was awful, holes in doors, walls patched not painted. Highly over priced, we expected much more from a Wyndham property.

I love everything about this place. The rooms are great the staff is great it's quiet and relaxing there's not a bunch of people just hanging around in or outside it's a perfect place to stay.

Everyone in this hotel smokes. Everyone. If you didn’t smoke before, well buy yourself a pack of menthols cuz you do now There were handprints on the “art” above the bed. I didn’t even have to look for them, they sparkled in the sunlight. There was a random decanter and glasses as decoration on the bookshelf. Not that weird right? Wrong. They had red liquid in them. It looked like it had been there for a very long time. Overall the place was clean besides a few gooey carpet stains. Staff was pleasant. I feel like the people who worked there did the best they could with what they had.

Over All it was okay. I was there for 5 days. On the 3rd day I had to call and ask for housekeeping to clean our room. Why it hadn't been done idk. Prices are good, I'm happy about that. Close to the freeway, good decent little breakfast, and rooms are okay. Lots of shady looking people hanging out up front. Not the best place but if I had to do it again I probably would. Staff was friendly.

It was fine but nothing amazing. When I arrived the elevator wasn't working and the mattress needs replaced. It was clean and the woman who checked me in was very nice and helpful.

The staff was incredible. I am very disabled. I use a wheelchair. I required help getting my wheelchair out and in my vehicle. Maintenance helped me many times on that plus brought all of my stuff in and out, not a small task. The desk crew where great! Would highly recomend this place for staff alone!!!

No working smoke alarm cigarette burns on furniture and carpet. We stayed 3 nights they never clean room had to ask for towels every day. We requested top floor get there elevator not working I just had hip replacement unable to do many stairs, so was given room on first floor. The floor where they put guests with pets. Stinks badly. While we were there someone died in a room down the hall. Free Breakfast was a joke nothing but cereal and toast. Nothing for people with certain special food needs. We will never stay there again. we have stayed there in the past was not like it is now.

This hotel was fantastic! Every employee we encountered went above and beyond, the toilet/furniture is comfortable even for larger people, the bed was a dream, and they allow pets! For $80/night that's tough to beat! Breakfast was lacking for a diabetic with being only cereal or waffles and the room was dry causing coughing/sinus issues, but seriously those were the only downsides we encountered!

Lady at front desk quoted us 2 different prices on the phone then when we checked in was even higher. This was a last minute stay and late at night so we just went with it anyway. Lots of suspicious activity going on. Side doors were broken so couldn't lock and weren't secure. Yelling coming from multiple rooms. Cars speeding through the parking lot. "Trade offs" going on, etc. Only good thing about the room was that it locked. Nasty odor. Smoke and dog pee. Walls had lots of stains and filthy. Beds dipped to the middle. Many broken items and holes or half way repairs. Extremely stained desk chair. Rust around doorways and ceiling in bathroom. Shower curtain wouldn't stay in place. Only luggage cart they had was extremely filthy. Just really shady all around. Upon checking out we noticed they were opening new lamps. Maybe this means they're cleaning up the place.

The staff is always so friendly. Jade, Dakota, and the rest of the staff are very kind and accommodating. They are also very pet friendly and will love on your fur babies if allowed. Highly recommend this hotel for a budget option in a nice part of town.

Hotel looks nice from outside and when you walk into lobby it looks really cool. I thought to myself, super 8 stepped up their game. Then I got to my room. Cigarette burns all over carpet and on bed. Missing tiles from bathroom wall. Door locks were rigged in with a piece of wood. Breakfast was not much to brag about. Cereal or make your own waffle with batter they have there. Front staff was nice. Seems like it's located in a nice area but I am not from Wichita so no idea. It's a budget motel and will get the job done but don't expect much.

Our room was on the second floor, as you exited the elevator or opened the stairwell door you were greeted by either cigarette or marijuana smell depending upon the time of day. There were bags of garbage in the hallway and by the dumpster outside. The only mirror was in the restroom and the shower head sprayed the shower wall instead of the middle of the stall. The sheets were worn but at least the beds were comfortable. No carpet in the room but instead laminate flooring. The room had 3 beds so there were 2 ac units, one did not work. The bathroom had handicap rails and seat in the tub stall. The breakfast was good and well maintained. I am giving an extra star for the breakfast. I believe they may be renting many rooms on a more permanent basis. The property definitely needs some TLC.
