I wish Google would allow less then 1 star. This hotel is trash, there is nothing good about it. Roaches, bed bugs and shady individuals. The police are constantly there, every floor smells like cigarettes and drugs. You'd be safer staying on Broadway or pitching a tent in the hood. Hopefully this place is forced to shut down soon.

Trash. DO NOT STAY HERE! During my stay, I called the front desk to inquire if someone could come fix the air conditioning unit in my room that wasn't working and I was told, "there's not a maintenance person available with any knowledge of a/c units. You can try calling back in the morning." Since the unit in my room couldn't be fixed, I asked to switch rooms and was told no. Not willing to sleep in the overheated room, I chose to leave and get a room at a different hotel. The following day, I discovered that Woodspring Suites charged me $250 for a plastic bag they stated was placed over the smoke detector in the room. When I called to question the charge, I was greeted by disrespectful staff who put me on hold for 45 minutes. I asked to speak with the manager, who was equally disrespectful and did nothing to remedy the problem or refund me the $250 that was charged. This hotel and its staff members are the epitomy of poor customer service.

Beds are SMALL. They only have full size beds. Broken kitchen drawers. Dirty floors like housekeeping didn’t sweep or mop. Smell of the room is horrible. COCKROACHES! Beside all of this the hotel is very safe and secure. Super busy during the day. OK place to stay if you have pets.

After staying here a month, a housekeeper, Jessica, randomly walks into our room for a "random room check" and before she asks to come in, just walks in I hadn't even got out of bed or gotten dressed yet and started going thru my stuff and said it was in my lease. I never signed a lease. I've never felt so violated in a place of living.

We came to Wichita for from Kansas City for a Wedding and arrived Friday afternoon. When we arrived we waited almost ten minutes until someone came to the front desk. We had requested a king size bed and then we were given two queen beds. The room was very clean, however the next morning to our surprise the catalytic converter was stolen from our car, we parked right in front of the entrance. We then had to file a police report, and the police asked for video footage and the front desk lady did not have access to the footage. Please be warned that this location is not safe and this is the main reason for my review. We are now out almost $3000.00 so please be sure to be careful at this location.

A decent stay for the money. The only bugs I saw were crickets which are primarily on the 1st floor since the doors don’t have rigid bottom seals to keep them out of the building and rooms. My hvac unit gets cold and hot but there was no constant fan option. Kitchenette and bathroom were both clean. Fresh paint and zero stains throughout. Housekeeping only does light cleaning biweekly but again you get what you pay for. Clean everything yourself if you plan on staying a while but management is very accommodating for requests nonetheless. Tenants were primarily contractors with commercial vehicles and best of all I’ve only heard a plane fly directly overhead a few times daily.

I chose this hotel because I? As told by the gentleman that answered that I would be able to have Ethernet connection in the room this was a lie. When I arrived and set up my computer to work I determined the Ethernet was not working. After multiple calls to the front desk I was finally able to get ahold of someone the desk clerk was was kind and checked with management and confirmed that none of the Ethernet connections at the property worked. She apologized and said the issue would be addressed with the person's who gave me erroneous information. This place would be great for people needing extended stay, however if you are expecting the standard hotel amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and coffee, this is not the place for you. Apparently there is no coffee unless you purchase a coffee pot and make your own. Very disappointed that I was unable get any work done during my stay. Additionally there. Appeared to be no one available at the front beat at 8 am to address any issue. It appears they are short staffed and have no back up plan. Unacceptable.

The front desk staff was excellent. There was a young man named Jacob there that really helped us out. He was very good with people. However the hotel itself the rooms were dirty. Also the heating unit was malfunctioning so it kept blowing the breaker that was on the cord. The hotel charges for linen service which seems odd for this type of facility and it was not disclosed on the web site in a visible way. This hotel is doing extended stay and is about $359 a week. One of the most affordable on the West side for extended stay.

Check in was easy lobby was semi clean. As soon as I stepped foot passed the security door I was overwhelmed by the smell of smoke. Only to find the Whole building smells like smoke(cigarettes/weed). As someone who does not smoke I don't like the smell. I had already paid and they do not refund your money for any reason. I ended up staying for a long three nights. Fire alarms going off at random times with no explanation or warning. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on in rooms surrounding. I personally do not recommend anyone staying here. I have had good experiences at other locations but this specific location was different. Just a head up for anyone thinking about staying here.

We lived in room 312 for seven months. The staff at the hotel is great, Mario always made sure everything in our room was working well. Always cheerful and handled any issues promptly. Christina, Michelle, Jessie, and other front desk managers were always friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job of keeping the public areas clean. Loretta and Mary were always happy to help us with any cleaning requests. It was a long time to live in a hotel, and your staff made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. Thank you to all!

This place is awful! There were roaches in our room. The bedspreads we're dirty and stained. No toilet paper in the bathroom so I had to go hunt down a roll. The floors were dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned. There was a sock under the air conditioning unit in the room. The housekeeping lady actually told us that the roaches normally just "crawl back into the walls." The front desk staff was understanding and refunded our money. We did not stay here.

05/27/22 my dog was stolen from my 3rd floor. The General manager refused to come in on her day off the review the cameras. So that the police could track down who stole my dog. As a pet friendly hotel they show no compassion or professionalism whatsoever! My dog is still missing!

This location was amazing. Everything from simple check in to wonderful housekeeping services. Quiet location was a hometown feeling. My two kids and I were there for four days for a basketball tournament and we enjoyed every minute of our stay and looked forward to returning to our room for some r&r
