It's still being renovated. Which would be fine if they knew what they had. There wasn't a trash can to speak of anywhere in the room or otherwise. Also they are trying to charge me for taking a hair dryer which I did not. Noone at this place is friendly, sorry to to the guy who checked me in but he knew he wasn't being very nice. I do understand his frustration though, if I worked for that hotel I would probably have the same attitude. It's not very nice and the "renovation" looks like a fresh coat of paint on an otherwise old and rundown place. I do not recommend.

Hotel was under construction, which we weren't aware of until check in. Toilet in our room wouldn't flush and the sink didn't seem to be draining properly. A maid woke us up at 9:30am for house keeping shortly followed by loud construction noise this morning. Don't recommend staying here.

I thought this was a nice stay, I got a suite so the living room area and bed are in separate rooms. The room did seem quite empty for the space provided, but that doesn’t mean there weren’t sufficient amenities. The room was big and adding more furniture would be superfluous. The check-in was a little slow, but overall pretty good.

Well. Hotel is now Wichita Inn still under renovation. My usual hotel BW plus was booked. So checked in here, surprised to find it was work in progress, but not crowded. Seemed 2nd floor was done, hallway cleared, Room was clean and comfortably Would stay again, just bring your snacks and drinks. By the way curtains are thin, so you'll have lots of light coming in through the window.

Overall acceptable hotel. We travel with our dog and it was nice to have a specific area to walk her and let her do her business. The beds weren't too bad nor was the room as a whole. The heater didn't work well and stayed on too long which would be my only complaint there. Breakfast was so-so, not bad but nothing great to praise on. I wouldn't turn people away from here and would stay again though.

The gentleman at the desk was pleasant and made check in easy and quick. Rooms are decent. Uncomfortable bed. Ac was on high all night and it never got below 85. The hallways have no AC so it's hot EVERYWHERE. no vending to be heard of. I'm not sure of any other amenities because they were not offered. Didnt sleep due to get. Want my money back

Went by in person to look at the pool. It was after 10pm and the pool was closed yet she still refused to even let me look at the pool through the window. Only a fraction of the hotel is open.

Not a bad hotel but is kinda sketchy whenever they're doing renevations. Outdated carpet and other furnishings but not bad. No bed bugs, toilet was fine, cable was nice, no breakfast since covid and renevations but that was alright. Would stay there again!

This hotel is fine for a budget hotel. The staff was very friendly, and even made up a to-go breakfast for my coworkers and me since we had to leave before breakfast started. The rooms are older, but comfortable and clean. I didn't visit the restaurant downstairs. There are also a couple restaurants within walking distance. This hotel is definitely worth staying at if you can get a good price.

The staff was great the room was fantastic but if you are trying to get sleep this isn’t the hotel for you. The toilet ran all night and even when I turned all of the lights off the room was still very illuminated due to the lights outside. 2/10

In the big 'polar storm of '22' that came through before Christmas, we ended up stuck in Witchita with truck issues for several days. The people at guest services were excellent to us the entire time, and went above and beyond to offer assistance, keep us comfortable, and taken care of. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and adequate water pressure and heat in the shower. The lobby was very comfortable and inviting. The gym was also very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will stay here every time we are in Witchita! Thanks for making a stressful situation bearable!

My husband booked me a room for the night to get some rest and time away from our 6 kids. Everyone I encountered was kind and friendly. My room was clean and well-stocked. The pool area was very clean, however I was only able to stay in the water for a bit as it was slightly too cold to be comfortable. Breakfast was hot and there were many options. My only request would be to extend it from 9am to 10am 😅 I barely made it down to get myself a plate. All in all, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had!

Definitely better than expected. We had a group of 7 adults and 3 children. We had clean rooms, had fun at the pool/hot tub, and enjoyed the breakfast. Pool was super cold, but I'm sure it warms up in the summer. Only issue was checking in took a while, but other than that it was a comfortable stay.

The room was nice and clean, the pool and hot tub are indoor and open until 11pm, which was REALLY nice! The front desk staff was friendly and had no problem with our requests for paper, extra shampoo and conditioner, as well as change for the vending machine. The vending machine also accepted debit/credit cards which made it really convenient.
