The hotel is under new management. I heard some of the things they were saying about the hotel and got stuck having to go there. I was initially very apprehensive about going but on check in I was put at ease. The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean & well stocked. Towels, cups, soap and the basic amnenities were all easily viewable & accessible on entry to the room. A quiet night and easily slept. I was a little late getting out of my room and the morning management immediately made me feel appreciated and sincerely cared. Helped me with my luggage, telling me not to rush and that I had as much time as needed to get out of the room. I left near to 1pm and caught the manager as I left', he was still very gracious. It was extremely nice over all and really set the mood for the rest of my day. I have nothing but nice things to say about the hotel or its staff. Thank you El Rancho! Would stay again.

Well to start off it was late they won't answer the window to let me check in. They gave me a room with pipes coming out the wall which they did warn me about. But they didn't warn me that the TV in the room was broken which they did replace in the middle of the night. But the kicker was when my credit card was compromised and the only people who had access to that info was the people at the front desk. Yes they steal credit card information and make online purchases with your information . Recommend to pay in cash and don't use a card. One good thing is they do leave you alone when you want to be left alone. Still will never be back

When we checked in lady was nice until she found out we had pets in the car. Were not allowed to have them on property never mind there were dogs barking all around us. We walked into the room and the door handle looked like it was busted. The smell of mildew hit hard. We asked if we could have another room and were told it was the only one otherwise we would have been given a choice. So we tried to endure just for the night but tried to shower and the water just filled up the tub so no shower. Tried to watch tv after having to plug it in, it didn't work. Fridge & microwave were both unplugged and fridge looked like the bottom hadn't been cleaned and smelled. I really couldn't deal so first thing in the morning I called the manager and he was nice enough to refund money for the remaining days.

Found so many bed bugs so I dipped tf out. They don’t even try to prevent infestations by using mattress covers, so I knew I was beat on the $65 I had JUST paid. Refund denied AND they told me I had to leave or they’ll call the cops >>I was leaving either way, ma’am. Found a bed bug crawling across my jeans as I exited the parking lot. This is a serious issue.

Not the best place. It kinda smells like plastic in the rooms and it's right on Broadway.

For 55 bucks save your money! Room smelled so bad, bathroom was sick! No phone in the room. Everything was from 1980s. If they spent money to upgrade it wouldn't be a bad place. The air was cold was the only thing good.

The room was big and it was quiet during the night. A few things giving it a low score are as followed: no phone in room, no fridge, no microwave, no ice bucket provided and to top it off a broken ice machine. As well as no exhaust fan in bathroom. The price is reasonable for being on South broadway. The management did not micro manage visitors so it was peaceful.

The owners wife was a complete witch and had zero people skills, raw sweater seeping up into the shower so we changed rooms after the first night, no bed bugs but rooms, were filthy, wifi goes out every night and if u ask about it- they will yell at you for it. A overall horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

They tell you pets are ok but to try to keep them out of sight even though lots of people have pets there . Lots of questionable folks around stay alert.

This motel is in poor condition. The only plus side is they allow dogs with a pet fee and the manager lady is very nice and tries to accommodate the guests the best she can. The rooms are in terrible conditions. One room has a hole in the wall with wires sticking out where a smoke detector is suppose to go 😲 Another one didnt even have light bulbs in the ceiling light fixtures. The beds are super uncomfy. In one room the door was locked and the wind blew it open 😳 And the bathroom space is the worst thing of all. Some bathrooms dont even have doorknobs. I honestly cant believe the owner has not been fined and forced to upgrade the rooms or be shut down. If your down on your luck, and cant afford anything else then this would be tolerable place to stay I guess.

Days Inn is more inexpensive compared with all others. Their accent was partially different but their overall breakfast & benefits were entirely helpful. Their location is slightly within the lower suburbs outside of Reading, but their overall value is entirely worth it.

The room was filthy when i got here I had to clean it. The fridge did not work there was no microwave as advertised. But it foes not have bed bigs so im giving it 2 stars. It could be worse and it could be better.

The rooms are cheap, and big. Heater worked good. They were rundown and needed cleaning when we got there, but weekly rates are only $165.00. If you need a cheap place to stay for a while its not too bad.

It's a cheap motel, bug free but definitely wouldn't be my first choice unless you're tight on cash. Rooms are questionable, my door didn't even lock! Staff was polite though and gave me fresh linens and towels when I questioned the cleanliness of the ones in my room.

Don't stay here we payed 300 dollars for two nights, and it smelled disgusting, glitter all over the place, nasty and a bad smell thinking it was the sink or dead rat, well turns out their was a dead body across our room, and this place also has courtsans, and sell drugs. I would give this no reviews at all ! DONT GO HERE AT ALL, POLICE SAID ITS SKETCHY, HERES MY WARNING! As a future lawyer this is unacceptable!
