    This McDonald’s is off exit 20 of the Capital Beltway. Double Drive-thru with a clearance of 9 feet. The building is made with The Golden Arches incorporated into the architecture, pretty cool to see. It appears to be 24 hours for dining room and drive thru according to the signage. They also have signage saying it’s a good opportunity for school while working your way toward becoming a manager… there is also an outside seating area with a unique set up I don’t ever remember seeing before at a McDonald’s. There are 4 ordering kiosks inside and the dining area has plenty of seating area with multiple tables being for at least four people. At least one of the tables has a double outlet on the wall so you can charge devices as long as you have a cable and plug in port. I liked the inflatable holiday decorations they had at the store front as well.

    As you’ve probably heard already…McDonald’s has a Mumbo sauce they call “Mambo” sauce. I HAD to try it!! For my folks not from the DC area…don’t come here asking for “Mambo”!! That’s it!! . Items Reviewed: I’m here for their new Mambo “Mumbo” sauce, & their Sweet & Spicy Jam!! Their 20 Piece Nuggets (with both sauces $6.99). The Mambo “Mumbo” sauce…DELICIOUS!!     For the “millionth” time ordering a caramel frappe with 1 or 2 extra shots of espresso, I have never gotten a full cup of the frappe. I always get half a cup of frappe and half a cup of whipped cream. For $5-$7 a cup, this doesn’t make sense. This is ridiculous for real for real.

    Worse service ever. To bad a have to give them 1 start, the crew working this morning 5/14/23 deserve zero start. With my breakfast order I didnt get any Syrup for my hot cakes, no napkins, or any kind of sauce. 🥺. As they say. First impression count, guest what.. I m not going back to this location

    The food is typical McDonalds quality and the service is fine. The atmosphere was a bit down as there was a homeless person wandering around and asking for money. Not the fault of McDonald's of course but next time I will just use the drive thru.

    McDonald's rest stop audit. (bathroom break) TP on the floor in the stall. Although, they did have a child changing area in the men's restroom for all the ladies that want the dads to have thier turn. Also one, singular gnat accompanied me 😂. I would recommend this in a pinch. 🤏

    The short Hispanic guy with the mushroom haircut is ALWAYS rude. It’s like he is always having a bad day. No matter how much you smile and attempt to kill him with kindness, he is literally ALWAYS rude. If you do not like what you do, DON’T work there. I’m in line, pay, the guy there says move to the second window… No problem. At the second window, the Hispanic guy gives me my drinks and say, “go to the next window!” (Rude in itself, but okay. Whatever.) he gives me my food at the 3rd window. 30 nuggets and ZERO sauce. What’s the point in asking what sauce I want to not give it to me? So I ask him for buffalo, sweet and sour and bbq. He gave me one sweet & Sour and one bbq. I asked for more and he closed the window on me and walked away. I sat in shock for a second like maybe he’s going to grab it but then once out of show, I realize, the 3rd window has the sauce cart right there literally loaded on each level with the sauces. So when the car behind me leaves, I reverse back to window 2. There is a taller African American young man with slightly larger teeth laughing while looking at me. Before I could say anything he grabbed sauces and gave them to me. Which means, he already knew what I was waiting for. I asked for the young man’s name so I can report to the manager and he laughed again and said we don’t give out names and when I asked if they were supposed to wear name tags, he said no we don’t wear name tags. Rude. Trash service. Yes it’s “just Mc. Donald’s” but still, YOU chose that job. No me. Trifling kids with zero work ethic.

    Was talking to my boss on the phone about work while grabbing some food and the woman at the drive through called me a monkey in Spanish. Have absolutely no clue what her problem was, she handed me the food said "here" I gave her the head nod since I was on the phone she said something I couldn't make out but definitely finished her sentence with monkey! I guess it's possible she was talking about someone inside I really don't know lol. So a great way to start the morning at McDonald's!

    I know I was very annoying to the young man and I thank him for his kindness. I just wanted clarity on the big Mac adult meal. But Ialso changed my order several times at the window. He was kind a patient and I appreciated that. Food was good but left off the sugar and creme for coffee. W asked it and it was recieved. Thank you will be back.

    For a first time customer, the restaurant should make it easier for the customer to know where to queue up when they walk in. I was lost. My wife visited one week later, and was lost like me.

    Worst NIGHT CREW ever! No napkins…. Cold fries and an African man stating that “mcdonalds doesn’t have plastic utensils.” I asked a manager for a fork and knife and now McDonalds has them …. Im over this location it’s always something . I use to come here all the time but the overnight crew has seem to have gotten worse.

    There was ample help inside plenty of staff so I don't understand why I had a 12 minute wait after ordering my food there was seven cars on the side where you parked to wait for your food it was ridiculous that after 12 minutes I went inside and finally someone was bringing my food out I've never had this experience before any McDonald's I'm going to stick to the McDonald's in my area I just happened to be in that area of Lanham but I live in Laurel

    Stop to get my grandson some food he asked for McDonald's he ordered McChicken fries and a MC flurry was about almost $10 bucks grandpa said get whatever you want and 2 weeks later I have made my own version of the MC flurry was a lot less than the MC Donald's almost $4.59 and he was happy with it I guess that everything it's gone up so so much

    This McDonald was very good before and after the coronavirus everything the service is very slow once the customer enters, no one asks why did you come to help me no one asks nothing they are waiting inside the customer is waiting outside irrelevant you are waiting too long they only look at the customers coming from outside inside No one cares about customers and you ask questions, they never answer anyone who enters the kitchen and does not come out, they do the same thing you ask, they are all tired like Warrior, I think it is not necessary to work the staff there for more than 4 hours. After 4 hours, they all go wrong..

    WORST EXPERIENCE! WILL NEVER GO BACK! TRIED USING PROMOTION FOR NATIONAL CHEESEBURGER DAY HAD TO USE THE APP. HADN'T USED IT FOR A LONG TIME THERE WAS SOMETHING IN THERE I COULDN'T REMOVE IT AND THE PEOPLE REFUSED TO HELP. THE MANAGER ACTUALLY WALKED AWAY AND IGNORED ME! THE APP SAID THAT THE PLACE WAS CLOSED EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS MANY EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS AND I WAS INSIDE HOW CAN IT BE CLOSED? I REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME AND THE EMPLOYEES STOOD THERE AND IGNORED ME AND SOME OF THEM WERE LAUGHING AT ME!? THE MANAGER ALICE SHOULD BE FIRED AND NOT BE ALLOWED TO EVER WORK IN ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE LOCATION EVER! I'VE HAD ISSUES WITH MCDONALD'S APP IN THE PAST IT'S THE WORST THEY SHOULD THROW IT IN THE TRASH! A FEW YEARS AGO WHEN MY LOCAL MCDONALD'S WAS BEING RENOVATED AND WAS CLOSED THE APP WOULD FORCE ME TO GO TO A CLOSED MCDONALD'S AND WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO ORDER FROM AN OPEN MCDONALD'S!?

    Ordered something from the app and according to the app it was ready. When we went in to pickup our order they said that they did not receive our order at all. We even showed the receipt and they verified it was the right McDonald's. They didn't suggest what we could do other than order again. So we did, but my card was still charged for the order! Beware!! I would order in person instead.

    they gave us cold fries and everyone knows how horrible that is. ugh. we had already driven off before we tasted it, and the next car was at the window. i still give them 4 stars for the mere reason that they were quick and efficient in their service and we were on our way in no time.
