Cleanliness: Strongly follows Covid-19’s protocol/procedure/standards for hotel or accommodation. Housekeeper were very tidy and very close attention to details. Facilities: Hotel with best priced ranged for a complete facility including pool, gym and spa. Overall: Best budget, 4 Star hotel with an excellent services and facility. 5 stars for the breakfast and the housekeeping staff. they did excellent job and were always polite. most of the staff were great. the rooms were a different story. the Grand Deluxe room was a nightmare. more expensive than 2 other types of room, yet it smelled due to humidity, because it was on pool level. you were also treated to no view but the pool tank that came up to higher than eye level. it was like staying inside an ugly aquarium. people’s dirty wet clothes were laying just outside the window, no privacy whatsoever. the hotel website was not honest about the Grand Deluxe rooms, it doesn’t show the ugly sight outside the window. we refused the horrifying Grand Deluxe room and were ready to walk away to other hotel, luckily the management upgraded us to an Executive room. it was not luxurious, but more spacious and had a view. the rooms in general are old, even the executive room had ants on the tables. my travel agent secured a room at Melia Purosani for us to move, but i decided to stay at the Grand Zuri to show appreciation for this kind gesture of giving us a free upgrade. we stayed there for one week. all in all the hotel offers a pleasant stay, as long as you can stay away from a Grand Deluxe room.

What can I say besides excellent! warm welcome from all staff, great location (walking distance to Tugu train station), spacious room (I stayed at the superior with Merapi mountain as view), quite complete amenities, the breakfast foods is ok but the placemnt of the food island is to narrow with the tables and foyer, and quite difficult to access to the other side when crowded, cool gym and swimming pool. Overall had a wonderfull experience stayed here.

Have book the hotel few weeks before for 2 rooms. We request connecting room but they give us opposite rooms. When we arrive at 3 PM they even havent start to clean our other rooms. The RECEPTION TEAM really show a passive and slow response on giving us update on when our room will be ready. Kudos to the front office manager that promise to clean the room in less than 15 minutes and deliver on tine. Grand Zuri need to understand their staffing capacity in high season as well as training their front office/reception how to handle complain.

I stayed at your hotel in Yogyakarta for a few days. In fact, the waitress at breakfast was very polite and it was a good experience. However, I stayed there for three days. Only the shower gel was provided on the first day and then it was not replenished for the next two days. I didn’t know when to clean the room. Why haven't you added anything? This is a little suggestion I want to give you.

Strategic place near Malioboro, parking lot quite large and access quite easy, Serve local & western food for breakfast, room feel luxury & clean and some room have a good mountain view. Air Conditioner quite noisy, they need to check it regularly. Overall is good and recommended to bring family here for vacation in Malioboro. For businesses trip I am quite satisfy, there was a large table in the room, and internet connection is good and quite fast, so fit for remote working.

when I arrived in Jogja early in the morning from Jakarta, I had to rest because I had been on the train all night. I got good service when I asked for early check-in. on the second day when my wife brought gifts of food that had to be frozen the kitchen served the entrusted meals. When I was going back to Jakarta by train, I got additional services... delivered to the station... free... thank you Zury Malioboro... Satisfying service

I am writing to commend the impeccable service from Grand Zuri Malioboro Hotel, especially from Anissa and Bima who helped me at the reception. I made a booking of the hotel through Agoda and my credit card was charged. However, I did not receive any booking reference/confirmation from Agoda. When I came to Grand Zuri and asked the staff to help me check for my booking, they were unable to find it in the system. At this moment, I was quite anxious as to where my payment went. However, Anissa and Bima were very patient to understand the situation and even helped me to call Agoda to find out the status of the booking. Their professionalism and suggestions helped me to feel calm amidst the distressing situation (especially since I was travelling alone and did not know how to speak fluent Bahasa). I was able to make a new booking directly with the hotel and the staff has been very attentive - they are really capable and top notch! Thank you so much to the staff at Grand Zuri Malioboro Hotel, for making my solo trip so much better. I will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is coming to Yogyakarta :)

It is a good stay, the staff are nice and kind. The food was great, so happy to find salad bar with complete variety of dressings, the coffee was 👍🏾 The wifi is not stable but overall it’s not making the stay less than any good 🫶🏾

One of the best hotel to stays near Malioboro street. If you are traveling with train, it only takes about 3-5 minutes from hotel to the Tugu Station. The junior suite offers large room with sofa if you have more than 2 adult guests. Overall, i have pleasant times during my stay here. Will definitely recommend this hotel for everyone else!

I stayed here for 2 nights. Those who want to find a hotel close to Malioboro and Jogja Station but don't want to get stuck in traffic jams one way to Malioboro, I recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet. And surprisingly, in the breakfast menu there are various flavors of Indomie. I will stay here again.

Overall good experience so close to the center of Jogja, Maliobor you can walk or take a becak and it’s very accessible with Tugu Station just a few meters down the road.

I've several times trip to Yogya and stay with diffrent hotel. I would recomend Grand Zuri Malioboro to stay while at Yogya, the food have a good taste as well as the location which is near to malioboro. Grand zuri hotel also have a cafe in front of the hotel lobby so the visitor can see the crowd at malioboro street. Thank you for the good service The room is good and clean.

Excellent service. All the staffs are friendly, wear mask, and there are also hand sanitizers in every corner. The pool is clean and they limit the maximum number of people in at a time.

Located +/- 1 kilo from malioboro it is a reasonable clean hotel while you are in yogya. Food is okay and the staffs are polite just like ordinary yogyan.

The location is very convenient if you are taking the train to the airport or if you want to walk along Malioboro. The room was spacious and clean, and there were so many food options at breakfast. Would recommend!

Your service at front service was very good, she was welcoming me very nice by let me drink your red ginger as much as i want it.. Your fried rice for breakfast not really my favorite, i just can eat a little but other menu is fine.. room are clean, bathroom are clean, bed cover clean, but AC took more than half hour to reach 17°c..

1. Bad checking experience, the male front desk doesnt seem to have been trained in service industry whatsoever, he keep changing my order non smoking to smoking, double bed to twin bed. Lucky the lady next to him take over and CAN get the room as per my order. Dont know what get into him 2. Room is smelly and need a refurnish 3. Can get my breakfast because it eas super full, the staff didnt event bothered to help me. She just stand and do nothing even after i nudge her several time You can find better accomodation with the same price around
