Maybe I would not rate this hotel with a one-star if I didnt witness how struggle my colleague was to keep her breastmilk cold so that she could bring them back to Jakarta in a safe way. Ive been breastfeeding my children since 2013 and Ive been travelling to many hotels. Yet, this is the first hotel that is not allowing the guests to keep something VERY important to their fridge. In addition, the hotel is also very odd. Maybe it was a four-star in the 2000s but it definitely need to make a big improvement. Uncomfy bed, dirty toilet and sofa, broken cupboard and door, etc. Just to keep thing worse, my sister in law was about being charged for a lunch in which she took it from a buffet belongs to my office. To sum up: feel free to make a conclusion yourself based on above experience

One of the best hotel in Jogjakarta. So lux, cozy n has a strategic location. Prices are comparable to what is presented. Also friendly for children. 👍

Spend 2 nights with my lovely wife and daughter. Cozy room, great service and various breakfast menus. They also have a special swimming pool for children. Will surely come back!

Booked 6 rooms, in some of the rooms, the bathtub was old and dirty. The water in the toilet is yellowish and brownish. So, in terms of cleanliness, it can definitely be improved. The room is big that it can fit in 3 single beds. The hotel is quite startegically located near hospital, mall, convenience stores. The hotel provides car rental to tourist attraction places but we did not ask for the price. The hotel food was standard local dishes.

Dated hotel now, rooms were a bit dirty and bathrooms with mould. Sheets also had some stains. Buffet breakfast quite questionable. Food was dry and not very tasty. Would not recommend seems like there are better options in Solo.

Old hotel but strategically located. Few mini marts across the road and not very far from Prambanan temple complex. You will enjoy the quite surrounding (some road noise expected), swimming pool for kids. I would have loved if they had more vegetarian option in breakfast. Overall good experience.

The hotel is old but it is very comfortable. Bed is comfortable and sound proofing is very good. Their breakfast also delicious. The location also strategic in city centre. Highly recommend it for stay in Yogjakarta.

Room is large enough. Gym equipment work well. There is a quite big pool with wide range of depth. Access to 24 hours store (Indomaret and circle K)

Disappointed, cleaning satanards are poor, used bed was given, Hair strands of previous occupants were present,uncleaned bathrooms; even after the complaint at 3pm it was not changed till 10pm. Breakfast area has flies roaming over the food. Ambiance is dull.

The first time we arrived, we were greeted by security with suitcases which were a bit rough until the wheels of our suitcases were broken, even though I had taken them where." Before coming here it was normal, the wheels weren't damaged, our room was a superior twin bed. We got a basement room, a bit stuffy, quite pricey in my opinion. Old hotel, there's no carpet when you enter the room, the water is pooling in the toilet, you can't dry it, there's no mat, only 2 of towels, the room telephone can't be used. the swimming pool is very good, breakfast menu is complete and good.

The hotel looks old and things look vintage. The room was spacious. The amenities are good though.

A place in the middle of the highway. A nice, charming place with many facilities. I totally recommend this hotel if you are visiting Yogyakarta. The staff are really nice and friendly

Why the rooms only 4stars?personally,i think because the one i have facing to the main street and the aound from outside still coming in.hopefully they can add more acoustics to lessen the sound.overall,all of us love the hotel and would love to come back for another holiday.keep serves the best everyone works there

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The location is great, and the breakfast was good! The rooms are spacious with old, but still decent interiors. However, since the hotel is old, some things are worn out and damaged.

I think the building is old but still worth. Near Lippo Plaza Yogyakarta, Siloam Hospital, Ambarukmo Plaza, and not too far from Malioboro Street as the most tourism destination in Yogyakarta.

Debu. Dust. Because not very well maintained carpet is all over the hotel.

I had to wait a long time at the reception desk and was not immediately served, whereas there were no other guests next to me .I checked in at 2.30pm because the room wasn't ready and had to check out at 12am ( on time ). I found dirty socks in my cupboard, from the previous guest. Breakfast was good, the location is good,

The hotel is in the center of the city, nearby Siloam Hospital and Lippo Plaza mall.. the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It is located in the one-way road, sometimes that is very crowded and heavy traffic here in the afternoon. But you can recognize the sign of "Batas Kota" here then the hotel is in the left side of it..

We got a family room..it was very, going back someday👌. The food are delicious, we also had herbal drink...very good🤩 Services n employees are awesome..thank u Saphir
