The hotel is 3 star but the room condition is no Star at all. The room door lock and handle is Brooke and hanging. Shower door is missing the heating air conditioning system only partially work. Room service didn't clean my room for two days. The toilet seat is stained. Some members of the staff are very rude. The person behind the counter was friendly.

A very nice hotel close to the beach, fresh air, Sea view gives you good inspiration. Strongly recommend to choose this hotel

I don't know with what to start. Mould, cold( ac did not work), not one table, not one chair in the room, one single power outlet, poor maintenance. If you hate your life your welcomed to stay in this hotel. Avoid this with any costs!!

I have been staying here for more then 1 month . The hotel is nice cosy place. The Washroom have hot water available 24 /7.It is located near to Marmaray Istasyonu and also to Bulvar 58. Restaurant is nice and they only serve set meals . Breakfast is included in the fare . My room has air-conditioning that is switched to heating mode. They clean your room everyday and change bedsheets . The staff is very friendly and they have very nice and economically laundry service available as well . The hotel is always jam-packed so no use of asking for discounts.

Absolutely awful, inconvenient shower. view out of window on an old dirty walls of a building. The linens were also bad. Though the room itself pretty clean. All in all, do not recommend.

pretty good for an average and affordable hotel. the room was clean but it smells of smoke (ventilation not working properly). if you are a foreigner you might be disheartened of the crew's services. Hoping for some improvement though.

Really cozy place. The hotel staff is also really nice and helpful. They also know good English so you can speak with them. The rooms are of good size too, they have a really nice bathroom and are cleaned good. The breakfast at the place is also good, big and varied with a lot of variety in food and beverages. There is both water and different juices. The bread also tastes really good. The Panorama Hotel also has a really good location in the good part of the city. It is very close to a good market place with lots of supermarkets and cheap restaurants in the city even though it is very big. I really liked my 3 day stay at the hotel.

Went here with friends to have lunch and to see the panoramic view of Istanbul and it didn't disappoint. Had a lovely view of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque while having lunch! The Bosphorus straight was in sight too! The food was good and I'd say moderately pricey but reasonable. We had free breads and the a nice olive oil + Balsamic vinegar dip which was a first for us but surprisingly good. Overall, it was a nice experience and a great vantage point to point and shoot your cameras. 🫶🏻

The location was convenient for me. The rooms which the access is with the back elevator are offering low quality and not space. The staff is polite except the night shift guy. The food and the breakfast has very low standards.

They’ve placed a 8.4 stars label in the hotel which they definitely don’t deserve. The only good thing about out the hotel was the 2 boys who were working.

Room were not sound proof, you can hear chatting from the other room. Not so clean.

Sercan from reception is very accomodating and I recommend to give him tip for good service! Very entertaining guy plus the hotel ambiance and location is so nice!! Nice place and also cheap price.
