Very bad hotel Rooms are very small I booked a room for 2 adults and one 6 years child and there wasn’t a place to put an extra bed for my daughter and the bed is too small it hardly fits 2 adults. The AC was not working and they keep on saying we are fixing it I don’t recommend it at all especially for families

The place is lovely and quiet is within easy reach of everywhere the service is just lovely the staff is not the best there is better than 10 stars

Worst hotel ive ever stayed in, location is awful, some employees are rude and poor english, rooms are disgustingly dirty, on check in no fresh towels, bed hardly mended, empty shampoo bottles, broken off towel hanger, shower door doesnt open, very tiny rooms. Overall all poor hygiene, overpriced, had location, wouldnt recommend to anyone

A wonderful place to stay or visit, excellent reception, comfortable rooms, no disturbance or noise, and a very good breakfast. Would recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though some of them only speak very broken english, they assist you with pretty much everything, like calling your airport shuttle service or ordering food delivery. The rooms are very clean and look great, but are quite small, though appropriate for the price. The shower is very comfortable but the temperature of the water is inconsistent. The mini bar is very affordable and well stocked. The breakfast is mediocre at best; officially it's open until 10 am but when we came down to eat at 9:20, most of the warm food like omelettes or sausages are already gone and there weren't any more of them to be served. The neighborhood gets quite loud at night but is generally a safe environment, you don't feel uncomfortable walking to the nearest metro station, which is around 200 meters away. Despite of those little flaws, of which some I have experienced at far more expensive Hilton hotels, I can totally recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nicely staffed and clean little place for a very reasonable price.

Great Staff, management is very atentive. The hotel meets your expectations and the room is good. You can work in the loby if need to. All in all great experience and good attention by the staff. Totally recomend them.

Very helpful, friendly and professional staff. I don't remember all the names but Abdullah, Ahmed and Necip were great.

Stayed there for a night it was good and comfy in great location prices was reasonable. The only issue was the room was very tiny.

Rooms r small . Good for single person, not for two.

The stuff is very friendly, the prices affordable, the rooms mostly in good condition, and the location easy to access. I will stay here again for sure.
