Although the hotel is nice and the location is good for what I needed. The food prices are 10 times higher than surrounding better restaurants. Also, the thermostat is controlled by the front desk and they will not keep the room at a reasonable temperature without constantly being told. They say when the windows are opened, the thermostat will shut off and lock. They need to tell housekeeping not to open the windows, then. Overall, this could be a wonderful stay if the hotel were managed better.

Avoid the front desk for any tourist transportation or sightseeing. Hotel reception employees takes advantage knowing that you are tourist and gets you transportation 3 to 4 times the actual cost. Taxis are easily available using Uber.

I don't recommend at all. Thw hotel receptionists cheat tourists with many things: Exchange rates are very low ( they don't even offer the receipt). They double the price of any extra service you might ask. Room was noisy as hell and couldn't sleep all night. Location is far and need a taxi each time. Don't go there unless you're hopeless

Hyvä hinta-laatu suhde, erittäin siistiä ja ystävällinen aulapalvelu. Huone viihtyisä varsinkin jos saa kaupunki näköalan. Viihtyisyyttä valitettavasti rokottaa todella kovat sängyt ja karheat lakanat. Hotellin oma ravintola todella huono & ylihinnoiteltu ja aamupala aivan kamala, mutta onneksi ihan vieressä ruokakauppa ja muutama erinomainen ravintola joten kaikki hyvin. Hyvä kulkuyhteys kaupunkiin julkisilla ja taksilla.

Nice experience I would give it the full 4 stars if it was not for the kitchen and breakfast It was a complete disaster The dishes were empty, late service, bad taste, and non English speaking staff, disappointed from this point The location is good and accessible to the city The streets are quiet and cosy The rooms are magnificent, spacious and comfy Overall all good experience only the breakfast, it's a deal breaker for some people

Like the location, away from the noise of the city. Within walking distance of two wonderful restaurants and the T1 metro. First room was spacious, second was tight but had all we needed. The staff is excellent, especially those at the desk and the young man whose help was invaluable! Breakfast could be better!

I recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The lobby and rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. Unfortunately, during my stay, none of the facilities were open, which was disappointing. The location, with heavy traffic in front and ongoing construction behind, may not be ideal for those who prefer walking. However, I must note that the room was surprisingly quiet. Although there were language challenges, the staff was friendly and provided good service. On the downside, the food prices within the hotel were relatively high compared to options in the city. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located, approximately a 10-minute walk to the metro station. Thank you for the overall positive experience.

The rooms are not cleaned thoroughly, no amenities. Hotel staff are very nice and always trying to help. I am especially satisfied with Ali cem hashas who was always ready to assist us and tried his best to provide what we needed. We made a mistake in calculating the bill and gave him extra money but he was very honest and return it. I really appreciate his hard work and hope his salary increase as he definitely deserve it.

Samad, Ozér, Elif and other boys in the restaurant. was great place to stay modern, clean and comfortable with helpful and friendly staff. also the breakfast was delicious. Nearby there are many services, supermarket and several restaurants i high recommend this place

The staff at Tryp by Wyndham Istanbul Topkapi have been amazing during my whole stay. I was greeted by a friendly Elif, who was very accommodating and helpful while checking into my room. The hotel was modern, clean, and all the staff were friendly. Ali, the bar captain, was always there to greet me and happy to help me with with whatever I needed. The hotel breakfast was delicious and mostly Mediterranean.

For a small bag of laundry the price is over $50.00 they do not show you prices until after the service. One would assume it’s inexpensive because Turkey is supposed to be a very affordable country. Total scam!

Good hotel, about half an hour by tram to the old town. Nice staff, clean modern quiet room, AC, comfy bed and pillows, fridge,safe,iron,modern bathroom

The service was top notch thanks in particular to Sefa at the reception. Whether Sefa, the bell-boy or the lady cleaning the room, my wife and I are grateful to have found genuinely kind and happy people. Though the quality of breakfast needs improvement, we definitely recommend this hotel.

Everyone was very nice professional and attentive to all 45 of us on the tour. Very serviceable staff, especially Enes! I just love this hotel situated away from the busy city so you get that local community feel . It's short walking distance to be on the T1 tram service to the Sultan Alhmet stop; the capital city hotspot. Comfortable, clean pleasant rooms, Young staff energised hospitable staff

Lovely rooms, far from town but taxis easily available, lots of guests with hair transplants that can be quite off putting especially at breakfast which is a poor offering anyway. Not a 4 star as gym and spa are closed and have been for years. This was booked via a tour group and was okay to be honest for the money paid.

In the morning i go to have my breakfast, in the time i ve eating the manager come and tell me to leave the table because he got some invite some turkish people in the restaurant . I was very shock about what he done it . I don t recommend at all . They trying to Put extra charges as well in ur bill so be careful
