    My wife and daughter stay at this hotel. The hotel charge us 1200 Lira per night where a normal hotel was charging 450 Liras but gave us very bad food. The room was good but quality of service was very poor. They can't understand English and always provided food very late. Just a rip off!

    clean crisp and friendly staff.. metro station is walking distance otherwise location can feel a bit remote for no ln leisure travellers

    Recently i had a chance to spend my quarantine in the hotel. Overall the staff was nice. But they charged 2000 for a couple room, which is around 450 TL from a normal booking website. The food was completely tasteless and been provided with the same food everyday. I would call it new way of torturing the people i.e “ food torture”. They simply took advantage of our helplessness. Would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

    Nice place, closed to the harbour. We're being proposed to stay here by Turkish airlines due to the flight delay. Rooms are small but cozy, food is ok. Coffee extra charge

    Good location but it's a self service hotel. More like an inn. You do everything yourself. Not good for a busy traveller

    Nice location, easy access to subway, downtown area is just 2 stops away. Easy access to the park along the Bosphorus aka running trail. Awesome hospitality team, super helpful and all smiles at all the times. Simple clean rooms. Nice touches like iced fruit water and coffee at the reception area. Indoor parking. Pet-friendly. Came for 2 nights to check it out, and at the end stayed 6

    The service is not good. When I arrived, there was no one to help me with the luggages, and it was rainy, so I had to bring it inside myself. Also, nobody guided me to the room. They gave me only the key and sent me to find the room myself. The AC in the room is not cooling, and I asked 2 times to fix it, but they say they can’t do anything at night and I need to call them in the morning. Also, minimal staff speaks little English, making it hard for tourists. There is no restaurant in the hotel but they suggest using the shutter to go to a restaurant near the sea, and they sent us to Galata bridge, and the price for one big fish was 1600 to and for 3 people it was 2000 tl. I gave 2 start because it is quite clean but nowhere close to a 4-star hotel!

    We had a very decent experience here, as a Turkish Airline hotel partner. We needed hosting as our flight was overbooked 😭. Very clean, cozy rooms. Good rest. Quite good neighborhood, though 1.10h distance from the airport. Nice people and good food, provided through the convention.

    The hotel is very nice. First I will note that I was in Istanbul during very hot weather. In this regard, the first thing that impressed me very pleasantly was the perfect air conditioner (but a little bit noisy). I used a room with twin beds which were very comfortable. The small fridge was also helpful. I have no objections to the cleanliness. I liked the breakfast too. I have a comment about the lighting in the underground car park. The light goes out very quickly in the inner part of the parking lot, which is a prerequisite for car injury during a maneuver. I didn't really like the location either, although there is a Marmaray stop, but you have to go around the whole area to get to it. By the way, there was a rooster outside that woke me up pretty early every day:⁠-⁠) In summary I am satisfied and would recommend and come again.

    For the price I'm giving this hotel 5 stars: - 5 minute walk to the subway to go into old Istanbul in 2 stops (7 minutes) - sure beats the awful traffic for a short stay. - child friendly: we opted for 2 connected rooms and were provided with a good toddler bed (not a folding pack & play, but a real wooden bed) - very clean rooms, quiet and fully functional - generous breakfast buffet with a ton of options and quite tasty - adding photo with a part of the spread - affordable :) (we booked with Hilton points)

    Great place, this was my second visit and all the staff members were professional, polite and very helpful 👍 Breakfast was amazing, the gym was clean and with enough equipment to do a nice workout, rooms were very clean too. I felt welcomed, thank you for your hospitality.

    Room services/cleaning people and the workers there are awesomee! The smell is not too pleasant every time walking into the hotel ; breakfast- they can have better options. It’s a great location for shopping.

    AVOID STAYING AT THIS HOTEL THEY DON'T DESERVE A SINGLE PENNY! - AC DOESN'T WORK BECAUSE THEY TRY TO SAVE MONEY! - HOUSEKEEPERS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY CAN TALK ABOUT GUEST ROOMS AND ABOUT THE GUESTS! - THE LAUNDRY SERVICE IS EXTREMELY TERRIBLE THEY CAN RUIN YOUR ITEM BUT STILL TALK ABOUT RUBBISH AND THEY OFFER YOU A VERY FUNNY ANOUNT OF MONEY! - GM. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SHE DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THE SITUATION AND ALSO THREATENS. - THIS HOTEL DOES NOT DESERVE HILTON NAME AT ALL!     I was here for a night on 10.4.2023. Turkish Airlines get me this hotel because of long layover.Reception was called by Turkish airlines to get ready for me.And they wasnt.I came around 2:30 am and I came in group of 15 people.Young men is reception was very slow ,he was doing a lot of mistakes so process take very long time.We chouldnt connect to Wifi because he didnt check my name on room that I get. Breakfast was ok,little choice but ok.

    In general, the questionnaires are not filled very well, or they are filled in a cursory way, as all we know. I’m copying my survey comments in summary here. The friendly and solution-oriented nature of the team working in the "whole front office crew" and "F&B crew" makes you feel as if you are "staying at home" as I mentioned at the beginning of the survey. As someone who spends 250 days a year in hotels due to my job; What else can be expected as “overall” apart from what I have already said in an accommodation?! Breakfast, room quality, cleanliness, etc. other details remain as "details" on the name. As someone who has been working in sports field for a long time but has completed his education in the field of hotel management, I usually observe that I cannot unintentionally take off the shirt belonging to my main profession during my stays (constantly finding a defect, observing mistakes, teamworkers arguing in a whirlwind, etc..). Unfortunately -no matter the quality of the hotel- it is difficult to meet a nice team as I have emphasized. I would like to thank all of you, especially the GM, who hold this beautiful team together.. I love people who love their job. I hope this message reaches you. Stay with love, Yucel.

    Stayed there one night during my forced stopover in İstanbul after missing a connecting flight to Tashkent. It is a very nice place with super helpful employees. Flawless! A perfect place to relax after a tiring day: beds are comfortable, everything is clean, the place is quiet. Absolutely nothing to complain about! Totally recommend!

    Regardless of your visit purpose to Istanbul, this is a very friendly, generously accommodating, sufficiently equipped by professional staff, people and services with know how to please you. At a very short walking distance to a mass transportation hub that is well connected to get you to any place you wish to go. Five star service hidden in four.

    It is a clean and convenient business hotel. Nothing around it except for the tram stop which connects the hotel to most of the main attractions.

    Ok so this is my second time in this hotel and it’s a love hate relationship. I just love how sparkling clean the rooms are, how nice the staff are, and how spacious and well designed the lobby/business center is. BUT, they need to work on improving the air conditioning system. I had the same problem in January and now in April the same problem again. The room gets hot because it’s central system and you can’t control the temperature, and if you’re like me and prefer your room to be cold, then you might have the same issues that I had. That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars. Overall, it’s quiet and good for business travelers, solo, or families. Breakfast is good, too and staff are so helpful.

    When entering a Hilton hotel you expect a splendid front desk. Here we didn't even get a "welcome". Lazy, ignorant personell that couldn't even assist with food ordering. Just referred to a website and gave us a contact card showing the hotel address. For that room fee you expect far more service minded staff. Cleaning was good!

    Highly recommended! Everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly, the room very clean and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. But most important, they have very high hygiene and covid standards/measures. An example for other hotels!

    The staff Vartan and the female whose name I couldn’t ask. They were soooper helpful. Main reason for full star is these two soooper kind people at reception. Breakfast was good, good room cleaning, provided awesome clean room. Good wifi connections and lobby space to chillout.

    The hotel is in a nice location and it is quite clean. The problem is that there is a line in the breakfast if you want to eat anything. Breakfast area is too small for the hotel! I have stayed four days but haven’t had any breakfast due to the line. Other than that the hotel was fine!

    The hotel itself is very good but the staff from the reception (booking) not really organized, motivated to help or responsive. We had to remind for our group booking many times and despite very detailed planning the airport transfers did not work (hotel staff was not even answering our calls anymore) and in the end we had to stand at the reception for 1 hour because the calculation was not prepared (even though we agreed on everything upfront).

    Worst hilton hotel for Dimond member experience poor managment you need to improve your customer service experience also you need to stop turning the AC off at night to save money 💰 room was to small very dirty people who serve breakfast need to smile I understand why they're not happy I'm sure because of the managment team not getting them help to save some money for the company bad experience over all.

    Loved the location. Great for shopping. The hotel was ok. Staff ok. You don't need a taxi. Just walk. Took bus from airport here. Hotels internet was consistent.

    Beautiful and clean rooms, but the breakfast is not very diverse considering that this hotel accommodates many people with medical problems, I had a dental intervention and whenever I came for breakfast I left hungry, having to look for some food outside the hotel!

    For Hampton by Hilton hotels, the rate maybe a bit expensive, however the cleanliness, interior, location, and the color theme are great. There are no much choices of restaurants for walking distance around, but you can easily drive to the famous shopping malls within less than 15 minutes. Hampton are great, and this Hampton was one of the bests.

    On checking in their was one employee and five guests waiting , room was very hot and the a/c was set on 19 c but I think they turned off the compressor on purposes for power saving, no room service at all so you can’t complain and I had to carry my luggage with no help, the shower is not equipped with a drain ( very strange design) so all the shower water overflow the bathroom beside the water pressure so poor on third floor

    We had a very pleasant stay with family having twin bedrooms. Nicely received at reception. They are always very helpful. We forgot the password of the safe, within a short time it was solved by an electronic devices. 5 minutes from train station and only two stations from central Istanbul having all attractions. Very neat and clean hotel and rooms with daily cleaning and change of linen.The only thing that needs improvement is renewal and provision of better quality towels and tissue paper boxes in the room. The breakfast was v good but I would suggest to change menu on daily bases. Overall it was excellent
