This place has only good location. We have a story to tell about this hotel, the behaviour of a worker there called Murat is so bad. They put us in a room down the hotel with no window and when i asked if there was an available room for tomorrow, this guy called Murat told me that we don't know if we are going to live tomorrow! It's like a joke, but now is "jokes on you"! Such a shame! Not recommended!!!

Please Avoid at all cost. A complete disaster from the start. Hotel was booked however when reached hotel we were told booking was cancelled, however luckily they had a room available and we had to pay double the cost for the night. Room was not good for living standards smelly, mouldy and felt it wasnt opened for months. Bathroom was very dirty you could see mouldy and dirt on the tiles we didnt even have a shower. It smelled absolutely disgusting. The lady serving during the breakfast time was absolutely Rude and had no courtesy, her attitude was horrific. Breakfast time was from 8 to 10am we arrived at 9:10am, she refused to top up anything and said eat whatever is left. So basically we had only tomatoes bread butter. No tea or coffee or milk. There was one asian gentleman Mohammed who apologised on behalf of the female staff and was helpful. The reception staff were good, however they couldn't do.much.

Horrible hotel. Everything is very bad. Staff not accommodating at all. Very negligent to any request. They don’t have enough supplies of anything , soap, bath towels, even toilet paper!!! Not worth any penny of your money. Breakfast is less than mediocre. Only the location is good. If there was a zero- star rating I would give them that.

Great service! Excellent traditional breakfast. Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood yet 3 minutes walking distance from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia etc.

In the heart of historic Sultanahmet...Aleph Hotel and Spa is just a short walk from the major sites of this district. We booked a standard double room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was quiet, with good A/C, hot and cold water, and good water pressure. Staff are friendly and responsive...our showerhead needed repairs and they were completed immediately. The free breakfast is a very nice and simple Mediterranean affair, but if that's not to your liking, there are tons of cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. We have enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. I will add that the complaints and poor reviews made me nervous about booking here, but I was pleasantly surprised. The fact is, if you want brand new spotless red carpet luxury, it's available in Sultanahmet, but you will pay dearly for it (upwards of $150 USD per night). This quaint B&B is an amazing value in a premiere tourist destination...at less than a third of the price.

Except the nice workers in this hotel especially Mourad and Abdurrahman, everything was horrible , it made my holidays stressful especially when you back to the room after a long day and you realize that it was not cleaned, you have to ask for the room service and hoping that they will come. The breakfast is served is in the basement. They have a lot of job to make this hotel a nice place to stay.

Overpriced place. Needs a lot renovation and have a lot of problems with water. House cleaning was very well but you could not get shower or bathroom dry after you use that. Floor was always wet. Breakfast was a disappointment. Staff was very nice.

Great location. Everything is old and looks dirty. First night our room flooded with water from the floor above us I feel sorry for the staff because we had to complain every day about something. A broken tv. Broken light. broken toilet. One day we had to beg for toilet roll and clean towels. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. If everything got fixed and modernised this place has great potential

The only reason I rated with one star is the employer Murat . He was respectful and responsible for everything. Rooms weren't clean, breakfast was the mos horrible food I ever saw . Do not waste your money in that hotel.

Dirty place and scammers. We were told 15 lieras for a cup of turkish coffee. After we ordered, they changed us 50. Great way to lose customers.

We booked via booking 3 months before our trip, once in the hotel the receptionist canceled and told us it s already cancelled by booking and we just received a cancellation email. We had to look for another hotel at 22h like we have never booked. They are just scammers ! And after that we found out we were not the only ones who were treated as such.

I was in that hotel for 10 days. The people were so nice and the hotel (and the place of the hotel) were so beautiful. The rooms are very small but this is not a problem for the price they offer.
