Very horrible place. Shower doors didn't even close. Stairs are a death trap. They messed us about when we got there at 1am we didn't get to our rooms till 3am

Don't book at this hotel! Bad service,dirty and small rooms and toilets,air conditioner was not working,no closets,some beds were moving whenever we sit on them,no hot water for taking a shower,they entered our room many times when we were outside without a permission. Just a bad and horrible hotel.

liers .. awful service .. we changed 4 rooms (every one had it's own problem) 3 of them didn't have a working air conditioner ..they promised for a better room and it didn't have working air conditioner ..they never fix a problem ..and the worst part was changing our room and moving our things without informing us.. we just came at night to find our things this shape ( in the uploaded photo) we went to police and took back our remaining money.

I stayed here while in Istanbul. Nice little hotel near some of the main tourist attractions. There was continental breakfast and various drinks to purchase during the day. Most things you need or reasonable wish to see are easily reachable via public transportation, double decker bus or by foot. Wizard of Where

I was here this summer The advantages are that the hotel is in a good location, all attractive places are nearby so you can walk 🚶

Appaling. First night we got there they were unprepared despite us booking several months before. We were a group of 11 including several children under 10. As they were unprepared, on the first night we were sent to a house to stay in about 1hour away from where we were supposed to stay. The place we were sent to was scary and quite. NEVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL.

Very bad service. We have booked 3 weeks ago, checked our reservation a day before and right now we are waiting in the hall of the hotel because our rooms arent available. It's horrible

One of the worst hotels in Istanbul We took the room, and it was dirty and small. The aircondition in it does not work and instead gave us a small air conditioner. The room was very hot in the summer. The floor of the toilet always wet. There is no hot water for take showers The net is very week. Between the beds, there's a moving bed. And the bed is not comfortable. There's no closet. They promised to change the room, but they didn't. I told the receptionist I'd write all this about their hotel if he didn't change the room and he didn't care.

Worst hotel I've ever been,they kept us in the lobby for 7 hours untill they cleaned a room.When we got to the room,it was all a mess,stained bed sheets,bad smell,floors cleaned with clorox to try to avoid the bad smell,walls we're moldy and destroyed, everything wass a mess,horror experience. Staff was not able to do normal stuff like cleaning a room and writing the check in papers,they don't deserve the 3 stars,more like 1 star.
