I have mixed feelings about this hotel: on one hand it is new, modern, with high technology and close to a marmaray station. However, on the other hand: 1- many features of this technology are not working or we didn't know how to work with them as there aren't any guide in the room. the phone room was not working and I could not call reception. 2- when we arrived to the hotel and finished check in, the employee at the reception told us to go to our room and that they will bring the bags to us; so we did and waited for around 15 min but no one came. I decided to go back down and bring the bags ourselves. We did and nobody saw us or asked us what we are doing. 3- the hotel is 15 story tall with one elevator. It was always a long wait for the elevator going up or down. 4- the room and bathroom are very small but the worse part is that the bathroom smelled very bad when we arrived. We talked to housekeeping to clean it the next day. It was better but still there was a bad smell and it was very hot. 5- the selection of the breakfast buffet is not very wide, not like we are used to in Turkey. 6- it is the first hotel I see that the taxi has to go backward to exit the hotel after he drops us there because there is no space for him to turn. 7- the hotel is built behind the radisson blue and it is not very apparent from the street when driving. You can easily miss it.

I was at this place for 9 nights. It sure seems like everything there was mediocre at best. Let start with the service: The persons at the front desk started by being straight faced. Theu process and try to accomodate you, but there is no warmth and definetly don't feel the welcome. Basically, here is the key to your room on the Xth floor. The restaurant: A nice place with an amazing view of the Bosforus and above average food choices. The breakfast is free and it has fairly good choices, but it is almost every morning the same, but who's isn't, so I think theirs is better than most? The restaurant is not part of the hotel is managed separately, which means you can not run a tap and pay at the end. It is available 24 hrs in the form of a room service, but the phone number for the hotel provided on my room service menu did not work, so I had to go and order at restaurant level at 2 in the AM. The restaurant managers watched you and everyone else nonstop and almost seemed as if the wait staff was happier and more smiling when the manager wasn't visibly present or gone. There stray cats that sneak in through open patio doors and hope for hand outs, but they are not a bother, I actually found them frendly and cute. (I did try to feed them every chance I got!) The Room: My room was clean, with a balcony overlooking the Bosforus, and the view was amazing. It was fairly quiet and pieceful almost all the time. I usually never like the pillows at any hotel, but their pillows were firm and good. The shower, no bathtub, was good, but 98% clean. The 2% was the mold in the low corners on the shower that seems was there for a long time. It had a safe to lock your valuables in, and I did. The TV was good and it had one channel in English, the rest were Turkish or Arabic. I felt safe there. There is security to the hotel parking entrance 24 hours a day.

This is a beautifully clean & simple hotel with beautiful views of the water. I picked this area because it was by the hospital for my surgery but if you don’t need to be in this area it’s probably not the best. Not much within walking distance. Nothing really going on. However the staff are very friendly & helpful, rooms are clean. I stayed in a large suite with my friend, the ceilings are very low which was a bit awkward, having to crouch to get around is not ideal. Overall perfect for what it is.

Wonderful reception staff, particularly Fatih, he is the most welcoming, helpful, cheerful and professional. He has multiple customer skills, speeks several languages and he is an employee of whom your hotel should be proud of. I strongly recommend this hotel as it has great sea view, very near to the luxury Fisikhane shopping center, good staff, beautiful rooms, spacious lounge etc. Thank you Fatih for all your help.

There are many things to say negatively about the hotel. They lack the customer service’ friendly manners. I felt they are always angry at something. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. They have a balcony in the room but no chairs to enjoy. The room had one chair only which two people have to share. They have robes but they don’t have towel hangers in the bathroom. The robes get taken the day before checkout and they claim there are no more robes available. They don’t replace the towels with exact number of towels. They are very stingy and cheap. Their laundry service is all in Turkishlanguage and it’s the customer’s responsibility to write the list of clothes, other than they are very expensive. The emergency stair exit is blocked by bunch of chairs, which means you can’t use the stairs. They have only one very tight elevator that served 15 floors, imagine how long people have to wait till they get lifted and there is no stairs option to take from the lobby if you decide not to wait for the elevator. Their food is horrible and their breakfast is basic continental. The cleaning room service changed towels and sheets but that’s all. I have watched crumps on the carpet for days haven’t ever been vacuumed during my stay. You won’t feel the warmth of the staffs’ hearts.

First day we came to the hotel we had 3 rooms booked but when we arrived there they said to us that they canceled the booking and gave to someone us and when we asked if there is another rooms they said no we are fully booked but told us they had a suit and it’s more expensive than our rooms that we had booked so we got another hotel and after a couple of days we booked 3 rooms online on booking and everything went right but the ac in the rooms are hot and when we talk to them they say to us that they can’t do anything and when there is a man down in reception that is very rude when we tried to change our room because of the ac and sometimes in the morning a the man that cleans the room enters the room without knocking even when we put the don’t disturb sign and I don’t recommend anyone to go to this hotel if you want to relax.

Great customer service. Rooms are very small and air conditioner almost over the bed, but the view is beautiful. Hotel seems a bit outdated . There's a nice place walking distance with coffee shops, restaurants and stores as well as a supermarket. There's also a park by the water nearby

1.Having one elevator in the whole building is the worst thing in this hotel. Like what??? This would delay you 30 mins every time you wanna use it to go up or down. 2. It is also far from most of the attractions and you would get stuck in traffic every time 3. Breakfast is not included, and having a lunch in their restaurant would be a bad idea, it is also quite expensive. 4. Sea view in some rooms is a half sea view, even when you pay more. 5. Receptionist aren’t so collaborative. Wouldn’t recommend the stay. SORRY

The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and a great view over the ocean...however, there was no furniture on the large terrace. There was one elevator, and it was often full over recommended capacity. My evening room service meal smelled like hair perming solution, the breakfast selection was very limited, and the staff barely acknowledged my existence. Worst of all, this hotel is used for medical tourism, so expect to see lots of blood soaked bandages of people with new hair lines or noses. There are better places to stay in Istanbul, especially as taxis and ubers from the tourist areas will overcharge you to get back to this hotel.

everything was really fine. it was clean and the sea view was amazing. All the people who were in the hotel were all nice and an employee called Volkan was very, very friendly, helped us with our luggage and then always greeted us when he saw us. every hotel needs an employee like that.thanks Volkan

Far from city center but is located in a nice area close to the sea. Staff some of them are not cheerful and welcoming.

They gave a different room from the booking. The carpet in room looks old. Doesn't look like a 4-star hotel at all. The roads near by the hotel are in bad shape...
