Pretty good for the price. The staff is friendly and the location is very, very nice. Everything is nearby, so you don't have to venture out much. All public transportation is within one or two minutes of walking. There are multiple exchange points in the street of the hotel. Highly do recommend.

Great room, they clean it everyday, new towels, good breakfast, and easy to move around the old part of the Istanbul. T1 tram is all you need for every important location.

Good hotel, good breakfast, ok rooms. I just have one problem with this hotel, I got the room where flushing toilets doesn't work.

Garbage hotel. Do not waste your money on this joke of a hotel. A/C doesn’t work and it smells like mold. They don’t change bed sheets and we found pieces of hair inside. Food is horrible and the breakfast is unappetizing.

Location of this hotel is great. There are many stations nearby and you don't have to walk so much when you want to go somewhere. However they advertised non-smoking rooms and said that smoking is prohibited, but we could smell ciggarets from ventilation few days until other guests from our floor left hotel. I contacted management few times regarding this, I don't know what they tried (or not), but we couldn't use ventilation in our room because of that. Sound isolation is not great and I was waking up many times when someone walk through hallway or flushes the water.

Rooms are very clean and tidy.. the reception staff was very friendly and helpful.. good breakfast with lots of options and nice restaurant view

Worst hotel i've been to. People next door are blasting music and singing whole night (4am) and no one is doing anything. They don't change sheets, we even found a couple of cockroaches. Breakfast is always the same, really few options.

The reception and restaurant staff are very responsive, despite the bad breakfast I'm ok, but the maids are very arrogant and generally don't do their job well. They stop the elevator and we have to go up the breakfast stairs to the 7th floor.

Good, wi-fi is working, staff is polite, but the look is not so good, it looks on the restaurant. On the 7th floor you can see the port which is fascinating. Food is good, but I didn't like the tea.

This Hotel Dalan is the nice, but the best place with all its accomodation. Everything is provided in the best way so what we need in there. Specially food!!!!
