👍👍 Beautiful catholic cathedral devoted to the Lady of Lourdes. Big enough to seat at least 600 comfortably. Sundays morning holy mass is celebrated at 9 a.m. The choir is good in their Caribbean drums, just amazing.

Fort Barrington
Historical landmark
👍👍 Even though the trail going up to the fort isn't the best, it's totally worth the short hike to see this gem! The 360 view on top is amazing and the fort is incredibly preserved. Very cool. PS, snorkel the two sunken boats in Deep Bay. They are very cool, too.

Fort James Beach
Beach
👍👍 Great beach. Only a short cab ride from the cruise terminal. It’s probably walkable but that’s less time on the sands. Nice well priced bar and good sun loungers. Few interruptions and fabulous views. Highly recommended.

Runaway Beach
Beach
👍👍 One of my all time favorite beaches. It’s about 20 min from AUA, crystal clear water, soft sand and quiet. The rocky areas have good snorkeling with gentle waves. Rarely have I seen the beach bar Mystic open, so pack a picnic 😊

Pig’s Paradise Antigua
Tourist attraction
😠 Horrible. Not because it's not nice to be with the little piglets but because they don't want to stay where they are. The pigs are surrounded by tourists who scream happily about the 100us spent to put a bottle of milk in their mouths. The maximum torture consists of putting the poor piggy on a pl...

Greencastle Hill National Park
National park
👍👍 The hike was well worth the spectacular scenic views. Green castle Hill is one of the more famous hills in Antigua, since it hosts the even more renown Megaliths. My lack of local knowledge in the form of a tour guide or having any familiarity with the area caused me not to take the "Beaten Path"....
