Pentictons sunshine and wine tours
Tourist attraction
ππ Had a great tour with Ron. Picked us up early, opened the doors for us and took us to the smaller wineries. I loved this for the first really good day of summer we had. Great to know we had a funny and reliable ride around Naramata. I would definitely do a tour with Ron again.

Black Widow Winery
Winery
ππ This place was a really great experience. You are in the area where the wine is made for your tasting. It is different from the others and I ended up buying three types of wine from their Spring/Summer flight.
Leslie made the experience unique and the story of the winery is pretty neat.
The wine is...

Okanagan Lake Beach
Beach
π The beach itself is great for families with a safe swimming area separating boats from people. Parking can be a challenge so get there early. Bring snacks and plenty to drink as there are no stores that are convenient to walk to. There are some restaurants and a peach kiosk selling simple food and b...

Three Sisters Winery
Winery
ππ Out of 5 wineries on a splendid winery tour, three sisters was the favourite! I absolutely loved every single one of the five we sampled but their bench white is worth their weight in gold. It is by far my favourite wine ever, I even ordered a whole case to be shipped back to my home as they offer f...

Penticton Peach Festival
Festival
π Great free entertainment! Great atmosphere and fun for the whole family. However, for the amount of people at night events, they need more washrooms that don't breakdown! They were fixed eventually but people can't be left with such few options while they are down.

McCulloch Trestle
Bridge
ππ We were biking on the KVR trail doing wine tastings and passed by this area. The bridge was super cool and the scenery breathtaking. There were a bunch of locks on the fence on the bridge from couples. Not sure where they did the lock engravings though!

Okanagan Lake Park
Park
π To many dogs on the people beach. Bi-law just rolled on by didn't do a thing. Not sure why we have specific bi-law officers for animals if they don't do anything. Waste of tax payers money. On a high note the public washrooms were better than normal. Less drug addicts in the area as well.

ππ Great little museum. It was pleasant to walk around with my family and not too many people. I loved the personal items on display as well - it was like stepping back in time. Definitely worth the the small entry fee.
