😠 the attention of the hotel staff is very indifferent to your needs (they do not care) It is a very uncomfortable and small place, the hot water does not work either the air conditioning or the refrigerator, they leave you rolls of toilet paper from the previous guests despite of the price they char...

👍👍 Nicest hostel I've stayed at in Colombia. Rooms are clean, service is fantastic. The owner is very helpful and puts an effort in to make sure every guest is happy. Would highly recommend 💯 (They have fantastic coffee + breakfast options also)

👍👍 Traveling from the U.S. we weren't sure about how to pick a hotel here. The staff here are so nice and helpful and go out of their way to help , the decor is pretty, rooms are nice, restaurants are very good... Overall I loved my stay here and definitely recommend! 😐 Es un buen hotel, las habitaciones, aunque son pequeñas, están limpias y su cama es cómoda. Hace falta un espacio para guardar y colgar la ropa. El desayuno estuvo rico, aunque la atención del personal del restaurante, pésimo, no saludan, hacen las cosas como obligadas. De las 3 personas de recepció...
