G H Damant Tomb Monument
War memorial
👍👍 A memorial to G.H Damant( then political officer of the Naga Hills). Shot dead at khonoma in 1879. The place is currently under the Archaeological Survey of India.
A must visit. Also, the location of the monument provides one of the best viewpoint in khonoma.

😐 If you are in Kohima ,then it is the best place to Shop. You need to go walk and find the shops on your own, i found a few frogs being sold with the veggies. Also chicken
