I persistently and happily start my day with a Pilates session, and at the end of it I feel upright and full of energy to continue the day....

👍👍 Excellent and a very professional place. Superior team of coaches!!! It's a great place to get in shape! There are several types of training. Open gym, WOD, light & fit, Partner WOD and Strongman. And much more. Weightlifting, Yoga, children crossfit, iced bath an a lot of fun!

👍👍 בהתחלה לא ידעתי למה לצפות אבל אחרי 3 אימונים ראיתי עד כמה יוגב הוא מקצועי בעל ידע נרחב והכי חשוב יודע בדיוק מה לומר בשביל לתת מוטיבציה. אחלה סטודיו עם אבזור רב ומגוון. מאוד מומלץ !! גם לחדשים בתחום וגם לאלו שכבר ותיקים

👍 קאנטרי מעולה. יחסית לרמה של עירייה אפשר לראות שהשקיעו וממשיכים להשקיע חדר כושר ענק, 2 בריכות 25 מטר וגם ג'קוזי וברכת ילדים. בנוסף השילוב אם האפליקצייה ויחד אם האתר מעוד מעולה ונוח.. בנוסף יש המון חוגים ופעילויות לילדים כל הזמן.

👍👍 מכון שכונתי, אווירה טובה, שקט ולא עמוס מדי. מכון קטן אבל עם כמות אנשים מדוייקת לגודל. תמיד יש מכישירים פנויים וגם אם לא נכנסים ביחד. אווירה של בית, צוות מעולה שתמיד עוזר ומסביר. חניה בשפע בחניון תת קרקעי.
