I persistently and happily start my day with a Pilates session, and at the end of it I feel upright and full of energy to continue the day....

👍👍 בהתחלה לא ידעתי למה לצפות אבל אחרי 3 אימונים ראיתי עד כמה יוגב הוא מקצועי בעל ידע נרחב והכי חשוב יודע בדיוק מה לומר בשביל לתת מוטיבציה. אחלה סטודיו עם אבזור רב ומגוון. מאוד מומלץ !! גם לחדשים בתחום וגם לאלו שכבר ותיקים

👍👍 סטודיו מדהים! אימונים בקבוצות קטנות, מקצועי בטירוף, אם זה בציוד שיש בשפע, במאמנים שמתקנים ועוקבים אחריי ביצוע התרגילים והדרבון שלהם, והרגשה אמיתית של משפחה.
אני ובעלי מתאמנים בסטודיו כבר שנתיים ולפניי חצי שנה עברנו לגור בראש העין, ועדיין ממשיכים ומגיעים לסטודיו הזה!!! גם אם צריכים לצאת לפעמים שעה לפ...
