I persistently and happily start my day with a Pilates session, and at the end of it I feel upright and full of energy to continue the day....

👍👍 Joined this studio in autumn 2019, and love every minute I spend there! Clean, tidy studio, wide selection of classes - both yoga and martial arts - and, most important - the team in charge: Yaniv Okashi and Shelly. Expertise, experience, thoughtfulness, people skills - all this, and much more.

👍👍 מועדון שהוא מזמן משפחה. גבי וכל הצוות מקצועיים ברמות. רואים כל מתאמן ומתאמנת ויודעים לבצע התאמות ע"פ צורך ורמה. ראיתי הרבה מועדונים - כמו ה ZONE אין.
ממליצה לכל מי שדואג לגוף ולנפש שלו להגיע.
