👍👍 This was a very interesting and fun experience. Literally food for thought. Most of the dishes were interesting and deep both texture and flavors wise. The service was overall superb, with the cooks also being the ones serving the food.
The olive oil jam is the invention of the century.

Service proficiency was mediocare. Wine was poured with a Coravin but it sprayed all over and took over 30 seconds to pour each glass, the waiter ignoring this. Water was refilled only upon request.
