מעבר לעובדה שחיכיתי שלוש שעות לטיפול שארך 2 דק, קיבלתי יחס מתנשא, וחסר סבלנות. לא הרגשתי שיש דו שיח בו מנסים לראות אותי ולענות לצרכים שלי, אלא במקום ניסו למכור לי כמה שיותר טיפולים. יצאתי עם הרגשה ממש לא טובה. מעבר לזה...

😠 אם בא לכם טיפול מרגיע במקום נעים, אז טעיתם בכתובת כי זה ממש לא כאן!
גם כשהמחירים לכאורה מסובסדים הם עדיין יקרים!
אין קשר לקופת החולים כללית באמת, למעט השם.
רפואה אין שם ובטח לא משלימה!
נימוס ואדיבות לא קיימים שם, אבל יהירות וחוצפה בעיקר יש שם!
עטיית מסיכה על הפנים זה יותר מידי לבקש מעובדי המרפא...

😠 I waited over 40 minutes for a 40 second check. Office clerks demand paper certificates as if we are in the sixteenth century. An outdated carelessly maintained structure. The bathroom area looks like a horror movie set. Not clean and not in order. shame!
