うどんは、手打ちで太く、なめらかでコシがあります。太さにバラつきがあり、食感の違いを楽しむことができます。私の好きなうどんの1つです。
つゆも出汁が利きながら、さっぱりした味で、うどんとよく合っています。

昼食時はよく並んでいる印象があります。うどんを打つ方が1人で奮闘している感じです。

👍 安いです。フードコートなので、初めての方でも、他のお客さんが注文している姿を観察予習できるので安心です。個人的には、ぶっかけうどんのレモン、有料でも良いから個数追加注文出来れば良いのにと思います。小サイズでも中サイズでもレモン１個なのはどうなのかなー？
