๐ The coordination at the GIGM Awka terminal is very poor. Departures often face delays, and rerouting occurs with minimal notice, leaving travelers to adjust to abrupt changes. The overall customer service experience is not good. I wonโt recommend Awka terminal.

๐ซค Their transportation fair is good but the staff and management in awka are not serious there.
They will tell you that there bus to Lagos leaves by 7:30am but it will eventually leave by past 9am. With many delays and controversy between the cashier and the passengers making payment.
