😠 We booked a room and when we arrived there was no one at the reception. We tried to call several times with no answer. We had to look for an alternative place in the middle of the night when all the occupancy in the hotels was full. Very bad service and a minimal lack of understanding in the service...

😠 Food always late, workers on the bar and restaurant really impolite, no air conditioning working in the rooms. Basically I would save only the 2/3 guys working in the reception.

😠 Bad place. We arrived on the night in the middle of snow storm and they tried to overcharge us. Even we ask for a twin room and one sleep on the floor, and they didn't let us do that. I don't recommend this place because the staff

👍👍 Ignore what it says online: the trail to the castle is CLOSED until further notice (probably November) due to bears in the area. Yes, I saw a large brown bear on the trail with my own eyes, so don’t follow my example and hop the fence thinking you’re Simon Belmont.
