👍👍 Fairly new residential complex outside of the city ring road with fair prices. The advantages of buying a house (or building one) here is that you have all utilities including sewage. The downfall is the travel to and from the city - it can get a bit busy when crossing the ring road at peak hours.

😐 The apartments are nice, spacious, but the area is deplorable due to the dust and the unpaved road at the end of the street. It's terrible when it rains, not even in the commune where I used to live. Mandatory, the shoes have to be washed daily from mud/dust, which doesn't seem normal to me at all....
