Offloading and boarding are very well handled by GACA Staffs despite of being one of the busiest airport on South region.
Toilets are a bit below standard in terms of size and availability.

👍👍 Great place for eating out. We get our own private space where we can relax, enjoy and eat food. Good point is that we have our own wash basin with tissues and soap. Service is amazing. Food very tasty and place is nice and cozy.

🫤 Costumer service is poor especially Sabya branch (electronics section). The counter at Jazan branch is so slow. They also need to improve the customer service and open a counter for customers with just 5-8 items. I cannot imagine myself with two items and in front of me are 5 full trollies.
