🫤 Costumer service is poor especially Sabya branch (electronics section). The counter at Jazan branch is so slow. They also need to improve the customer service and open a counter for customers with just 5-8 items. I cannot imagine myself with two items and in front of me are 5 full trollies.

🫤 I was shocked by the apathy of some staff members. They were unfriendly, worst of all they told us to wait for 10 minutes after Asr Prayer. It was 16:15 Hrs. They sat chatting and having tea. 10 minutes became 30 minutes. 16:45 Hrs we were then assisted.
