😐 الصفاء لخدمات العمرة. قبل 6 ايام كنت في رحلة معهم الى مكة ذهاب و اياب استغرت 3 ايام الباص من الفئة الوسطئ قديم شوي غير مرتب اذا وقف الباص في محطات يوقف بأماكن مخصص يعرفها هو كل الاكل غير مناسب كثرة الغلا وزيادة الاسعار في الاماكن الذي يوقف فيها والباص اذا جاء مطر ينزل من السقف شوي شوي

😠 Wanted to refund my booking due to a medical emergency, they refused to refund me even thought my reservations was refundable! When i called the hotel to cancel they had informed me that almosafer have already canceled my stay and got the refund, refusing to give me the refund.
