During Eid the price was 775 SAR for a 2-rooms apt.
It is very clean and very neat, I loved and would definitely recommend it for anyone coming to stay in the area.

😐 الشقق ذات الغرفة والصالة على نوعين. إما صالة كبيرة وغرفة صغيرة أو العكس.
الشقق نظيفة وقريبة جدا من مجمع الراشد.
العيوب: عيبها دورات المياه فيها تهريب ماء متواصل بشكل خفي بحيث تبقى ارضيتها رطبة 24 ساعة (مناسبة لزراعة الارز فيها). للعلم سكنت شقتين مختلفتين وواجهت نفس المشكلة.
عيبها الاكبر، لايتم است...

😠 من اسوء الاماكن واغلها وراعي الحلال غير متعاون بالمره النت سيء استاجرت شقة وسكنت فيها وكان فيها مشكله بالحمام غير قابل للاستخدام بالمره وطلبنا منهم يصلحونه وبقى خمس ايام اللين اتصلح باليوم الخامس وكان فيه مشكله انقطاع المويه المتكرر يوميا وروايح الممرات مع ان المكان يلمع بس الروايح والصراصير موجوده....
