👍👍 Enjoyed an exhilarating powerboat excursion we won't soon forget... if ever. Our captain expertly (in my opinion) steered us through the (in)famous Knysna Heads into the cobalt-blue ocean, and safely back. Loved the information he shared with us along the trip and he made sure to stop the boat whene...

👍👍 What a wonderful day out - lagoon cruise, drive and walk in the nature reserve, with stunning views over The Heads & Knysna, followed by an excellent buffet lunch and an hour or so at the beach bar. Not the cheapest way to spend a day out but worth every cent.

😠 I visited the Friday market on Friday, July 29, 2022. Unfortunately the Friday market was closed.

👍 They have a nice variety of beer, really good lager. There are very nice artisan stores all around.

👍👍 Excellent view point to the heads, lagoon, and ocean. This veiw point (with the upper one) is must-see for anybody visiting Knysna. The are plenty of car parking and free (munisabity car parking). This view point has a beutiful public view point with deck and chairs looking to heads (lower level).

😐 Overrated. Not sure how I missed the fact that this is mostly a gravel road...whoops. My family was not impressed with the bumpy, dusty ride. Some sections run through native forest, but much of it is through pastureland, farmland, and tree plantations, some of which have been clearcut. A pleasant e...
