👍👍 Fantastic place to walk on the rocky beach (if there is a low tide) in search of various seashells. The location of this place is great because of the cliffs surrounding it. Walking around the village is an adventure with those narrow streets and beautiful houses. The pearl of the east coast!

👍👍 Beautiful walk from whitby, doesn't take long at all and you are rewarded with these gorgeous views. Nice clean path too so perfect for dogs. Easy to find the cinder track too and you can keep on walking if you want to walk further than the Viaduct.

👍👍 The Geall Gallery and Steam Cafe was our accommodation while doing the Coast to Coast. A lovely friendly environment and had some fantastic coffee when we arrived and awesome pizzas for dinner that night. really makes a change from all the terrible pub food we had along the way. A++
