Unfortunately there is no rating of 0 so I have given 1. Let me explain why this was a terrible experience. First during my stay the hotel management kept the AC off during days of extreme heat (we had a hot day in Octobre). the room was unbearable and very warm (indoor temperature was 29) called the reception and they said it is not the summer season anymore so they shut it off but keep it on at the reception area to give guests the good impression. . Second their espresso coffee is a diluted Turkish coffee. Third the location is in the middle of nowhere. Fourth, they don't replenish the water bottle when doing the rooms daily. they ask you to go buy your own. There is absolutely nothing around it. Last, good luck finding someone who speaks English there. To my standards this is a 3 stars hotel in terms of services no idea how they got the extra two stars

Firstly, I walked into the hotel being seriously understaffed and only having 1-2 staff, there was no bellboy or anyone to help us to the room and with our suitcases, there was a untrained staff member at the front desk that was gossiping about other customers in a very rude manner. The reception staff gave us a key to a occupied room and when we went into the room there was a man completely naked. My family and I are absolutely traumatised I can’t believe something like this can happen. Both us and the man was completely in shock. After this occurrence, the staff took us to another 2-3 rooms that were occupied. After we left the hotel, approximately 5 days after, we get a unexpected payment of £290 taken out of our accounts, the hotel denies this then after realising we are taking it seriously they decided to refund the money back. After a while they ask for a new card details out of nowhere. This hotel has traumatised us and tried to scam us. It is completely unsafe and I would not recommend this hotel to no one.

Very very bad customer at Reception, a good uneducated person will serve better than this girl called ELIF or Elief, my room keyfob was not working and I took it to reception, this girl firstly was not at counter and someone else was waiting as well to get serve , then she was breathless and running seems like doing 3-4 jobs at same time , she refresh my key but through they key at counter which was so rude , and her facial expressions was very bad,I asked to call a manager she said no manager and then I asked supervisor then she said it’s me only at management level, how can the managers left the hotel running on rude behaviour girl , I would never recommend this hotel and would never stay there again , the managers should look in to it she is misleading the country name too

We were there for a transfer since our plane was delayed. Room clean, spacious but was hot. I don't know whose responsibility it was but the dinner we were promised turned out a sandwich with juice and that's after being in the airport for 4h waiting transfer.

Friendly, warm reception and smooth check in / check out. The staff was always friendly and helpful. There is not much to see around the hotel but the airport is only a 15 min drive away. The rooms are clean and the bed was very comfortable. What I found a pity that the room has only a small window which made the room very dark even during the day. Breakfest buffet matches the continental standards and I was satisfied with the selection.

Lovely hotel a shame no GF food provided. Though this was an unplanned stop over when we missed our airport connection!

The hotel, rooms and even the fitness and pool is awesome and seriously good. Airconditioning is way too poor. I can’t sleep when it is too hot. I called the reception during this heated room. The guy working there didn’t care. There was no soap in the room and he is asking me to take it from the lobby. I can see people are doing their best. But.. this hotel needs a recovery from airconditioning and adding extra workers for room service. Those points I am mentioning are a seriously points which makes a hotel a 5 star or by not renewing losing the stars. Even the last day when I was showering. I felt a smell from the water and I knew something was wrong. However after making a quick shower and brushing my teeth by adding water in my cup in the bathroom I saw the water having a colour and having a scent. Come on guys, this hotel need to renew the equipments. You can’t use those equipments forever. Besides this, hotel is fancy, good rooms, nice bed. Nice fitness area very good. Clean rooms, I mean all ok. Unfortunately bad airconditioning makes it all worse. What can you do if you can’t sleep because of the hot temperature?

The look is beautiful, and the interior is nice too. food was not good at all. The check in staff were not very helpfull and didn't talk back much English

No room cleaning service. Water wasn't available in the room unless we asked them to provide. Very limited breakfast buffet even on our second day they removed the tea and coffee from the buffet. Air conditioners were being turned off from main to only fans were working and we used to wake up with wet sweaty hair 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ waste of money !! The only good thing in this hotel was the gym & the indoor swimming pool, which was very clean but at the same time very cold!! Outdoor pool was closed for maintenance 🤷🏻‍♀️

The hotel is very well equipped. It has its own swimming pool, sauna and gym. The rooms are well-equipped, clean and pleasant. Delicious breakfasts, with a large selection of dishes. The only minus is the location. Unfortunately there is nothing interesting nearby. You can drive 20 minutes to the seaside. However, this is the best hotel in this area and I recommend it.

I spent one night in this hotel, I must say I was very impressed with the rooms. Very clean and had a nice design, the showers very modern and I felt very comfortable. What I have to criticize that the wifi was not set up on my arrival, only the next day. Also information was very poor. For example, I went to the reception in the morning, after asking when the meal times are, I was only told that I can go to the breakfast room now. Thats why I didn t know the lunch times and I missed my lunch. The air conditioner was only "to cool" up to max. 27 degrees. This was the first time that I have experienced such a "hot" air conditioning system.

Good service, room clean and cozy. Breakfast is good for cold dishes but could improve the hot dishes. 5 days in the hotel, not a day with scrambled eggs available... common and leisure areas are very, very nice. Would return for sure.

In the middle of Nowhere. Slow internet, it was used sugar bags and no coffee/tea with the kettle in the room. You have to pay extra for pool/gym, small and dark rooms. Not worth it, placed here by Pegasus bec of canceled flights.

Great food, had dinner and breakfast, both were better than average. Rooms are clean.

Brand new hotel! Parking is problem, you have to park out side the hotel which is I don’t feel safe! Room is small but brand new. Big lobby but there is nothing to do and about 8-10km far from the city. Not now but maybe after a year can be a great hotel depending on hotel management. Btw compared to other hotels very pricey! Note of you check in around 1pm and stay all day and use the out side pool then yeah worth it. But just for sleeping it is very expensive because there is nothing special.

The hotel is close to SAW airport but more than one hour by car from Istanbul European downtown

Nice executive hotel, close to the SAW airport. Rooms are nice and clean, staff is mostly friendly. The restaurant is also nice.

A little bit difficult to get Wlan. Rooms are big and comfortable. Big bath room. Very small shower.

For a cheap hotel I would give 4 stars, for this price only two is appropriate. The staff are mostly friendly, hardworking and give their best but they lack training in hospitality related customer service . The breakfast is aweful, bread hard as stone, no fresh ingredients, small variety. The door of the room only closed when lifted very hard manually. Our keycards got wiped twice so we had to go to reception to ask to reactivate them. Some facilities like hallway lights are broken, elevators dirty. Positive things: The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was very friendly. Eventhough being served in small portions the dinner was delicious and affordable. When having a problem regarding check in (we were not informed about the early check in fee during a call to the hotel) the reception staff handled it politely and professionally and the management showed good will. Eventhough the gym is not too well maintained it is well equipped and quiet. The swimming pool area was excellent.
