The location is excellent, right next to the beach. 2 steps and you're on the sand. There are a few cafes and restaurants nearby, it's a quiet place. The rooms are clean and spacious. Kitchen was equipped with all things I've needed. The place has AC which is very important there. Amir was very helpful and speaks English well. It was my first time in Iran and I needed his help a lot. Definitely recommended.

I have stayed 4 days at Palm Motel. Such a great experience in terms of customer service and hospitality. Complimentary WIFI plus the walking distance to the Caspian Sea. Last but not least, the owner speaks eloquently English.

The place is cosy, its on great location near Caspian Sea,( one minute walk) the manager Amir is so helpful, polite and energetic , I was there twice , wish to go there soon
