Do not expect a five star hotel. I stayed with my family for three nights. I hope that my comments will be effective in improving the condition of this hotel. No towels are packed. The air conditioner system is old and you can not set the level you need. We had to even Open the windows every night. The staff are very polite. The location of the hotel is very good. The building is very old. In my opinion, it is very expensive compared to other hotels. This hotel has a three star service, not that great

The West wing absolutely not a 5 star hotel. The only positive point is it’s view. Rooms are below average.not clean. Not enough service in bathroom. No coffee in the room. The kettle is leaking. Highly not recommended. But when we asked to change our room the reception was so polite and immediately has changed our room. East wing is newly renovated. Clean and modern. I recommend this wing.

Absolutely not a five star hotel nowadays but with which 5 star hotel in Iran you’re comparing? Calm n nostalgic place with private beach. Rooms got great view both to the sea and to the jungle. The service level, as mentioned previously, could be enhanced.

Definitely not a 5* hotel in its current shape. It is a 3* at the best. Renovations are being done in one of the wings causing lots of noise and dirts. The outside got very old and needs a renovation too. It seems the sand beach has not been cleaned for years, and you have to climb the rocks to reach their "private" beach! While it has great potential to be one of the best hotel in the region, it's not been managed and left unattended. We originally reserved it for 3 nights but had to leave the hotel after staying for a night! I would not recommend it in its current shape. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

One of best the best hotel in north of Iran. Spacious rooms with views of garden and sea. Sea view is highly recommended. There is a balcony where you can spend time with sea view. Breakfast includes variety of iranian food. But having lunch or dinner is not suggested. Exclusive beachfront available and is so good for quick walk in the morning.

Worst possible place. I got no clue how could they get 4 stars. Service was a total disaster. Wherever you go just don't think about this one.

Furnished with pairs of chairs and coffee table. Fine breakfast with acceptable food varieties Well trained and polite staff Absolutely worth it to try We spent three nights at February there This hotel has two wings One of them was under renovation and they planned to make it ready for March or April 2022 Definitely recommend this place

An old hotel with a great atmosphere, it is one of the few good hotels in north of Iran although it is an old one

It was not a good experience on this hotle. Most of the staff are rude. They didn’t change the sheet and was questioning me if i am sure. When i showed them the dirt without apologize they changed it. For sure the quality is not fit to 5 stars hotle. Roof is leaking, door of bathroom was broken and old. No entertainment in the hotle. for kids playing room they charge separately, i highly suggest not come to this place.

Great location, but staff are rude and not professional. Especially in the reception. Services are moderate but not acceptable for the price. Rooms are acceptable and clean but could be designed much better. Overall, it doesn't worth it.
