Thank you for the welcoming ( the Reception)before entering the room they told me there is maintenance from 11 am to 5 pm. There is a sound in the air condition when the maintenance guy comes to my room he just changes the filter and he told me don't put the air condition in low put mid or high that's funny. Also, the furniture is old old and the laundry service doesn’t work. For me, this is my first time and my last time to visit this hotel unless there are any changes

It's a very nice place. The staff and management are amazing. The food, a wide variety, is great, with a different menu everytime you eat there. Also, the salad bar is fantastic. The desert bar ranges from Um-Ali to spunge cake. It's all very delucious. Juices are not out out on the table but you can order juice which is included in the price. Some tables have a view of the reservoir which is ver calming when you're enjoying your meal. But most importantly, the price is great. There are also private sections for families. Muslim women can eat in privacy. I would recommend this dining experience to single people as well as family or just friends getting together. Check it out.

Because they will close the Ticket Window at 4PM. 24/7 restaurant food service available inside the hotel, they will deliver food to your room. There is a menu available like Pizza, Pasta, Burgers and Chicken Briyani etc. But If you are vegetarian no issues, call for room service and tell you have to speak to chef and you can directly talk to chef and order your food according to your need, you can order Dal, Vegetable Briyani, Vegetable Korma, Vegetable Curry like that which is not in the standard menu. And also you can get parcel, so that you can carry for long distance travel or for your return trip, because we drove from Al Khobar. Play Bowling and swimming with your family inside the hotel. And don't miss the Jacuzzi. They also have a Cafe in the ground floor which is Palm Court, enjoy your coffee near to the colourful fountain. We had wonderful trip and stayed there for 5 nights. Their buffet in breakfast is also good. We stayed in Superior Double Room with Mountain View. We went to Abha on 16th July 2021 to 22nd July 2021 (Eid Holidays). So many Indians are working in room service, in the kitchen as chef's. So no worries. You will enjoy for sure.

Very disappointing - the hotel, rooms, dining (dinner and breakfast) we're all just tired and dated. Don't get caught out by the marketing hype about room views - front ('lake') or back ('mountains') is a marketing exaggeration. The gardens were locked and I had to get 'special permission' from the hotel ops director to walk around it for 10 minutes. What really upset me is the tourist advice at reception was non-existent - fortunately I met a very friendly Uber driver who became my tour guide for my 2 day visit. Overall very expensive for very little 🥺

It is been a great experience in this hotel. It is a gathering between luxurious and classic designing. the hotel's catering is amazing serving food.

There was positive and negative points to this property. The positive points are the location is very close to major attraction in the area, the room are spacious and clean. Breakfast is included in the room price and it was great. Negative points being the furniture it's too old and needs to be upgraded its worn out. Checking in was very difficult as I booked my room from a trusted hotel app, you have to visit accounts before check in. Also on check out I was charged again for the room it took me 30 mins arguing till they have discovered the errors. This was supposed to be one of the best hotel in the area.
