Our stay exceeded expectations, definitely a lot of value for money. We stayed for 7 nights, ultra all inclusive concept, 2 adults and one 4 year old. The amount of activities for children and adults was very well proportioned. Very generous drink mixers, a lot to choose from in terms of food and drink throughout the day and night. Live entertainment was of good quality. Guest relations manager took a very good care of us. Lovely pool and beach areas. Especially recommended for families with children but there is also plenty to do and enjoy if you're coming without kids.

I am at this hotel now. I would not recommend staying at this resort if you are looking for high quality customer service. Service is terrible anywhere you go. The servers take forever at the buffet or restaurants. It’s easier to stand up and get it yourself other wise you would sit at your table forever. Servers are very rude; during the dinner asked for silverware and was told by server that they don’t have any more silverware left!!!!

It's an all exclusive very high end resort for all including families. It has 3 huge pools, private beach, very efficient, great staffs No matter what time of the day, there is a bar that is open 24/7. They have live entertainment every night for free and a disco with DJ and great music every single night. Its definitely a place to come back to. Would definitely come back and would give it a 10 rating.

The hotel is in a very perfect location. The complex is huge and with it’s facilities absolutely stunning. Perfect place to have a family vacation. Rooms and The atmosphere is 5+ star rating. Staff are very helpful and polite. A request is completed within minutes. Hygiene wise 5+ star, very clean and staff are all over making sure the hotel is comfortable as possible. Very secure place to be. Lots of activities all day long. Water sport, evening entertainment for children and family really enjoyable. The only downside is; foods and food hall is not at it’s standard. Not enough staff in food hall and restaurants. They should employ more staff and improve the quality of foods. We had problems is finding a table, the empty tables there were not ready for service, most occasions we had to clean the table ourselves. This is the reason I sadly rated as 4 star rating. Otherwise It’s definitely over 5 star rating hotel. With confidence it can be booked over week.

hello. I want to write a short review about the hotel. Loved the hotel, price, location. One of the best in the region. Very tasty and varied cuisine. I would like to write a review about the staff of the taxi service. The guys are very responsible, they organized shopping trips for me with favorable conditions. Separately, I want to thank the manager named Javad ... during the rest he always helped, suggested how to organize the rest. Perhaps the prices are a little higher, but the service is excellent and taxi drivers were always waiting for me.

Hotel entertainment is good, but have seen better. The facilities are good, clean like the pool and toilets. But the rooms are really old, very dated. The bathrooms are from 1999, the grout of the tiles are coming off. The staff - mixed reviews, around 80% don’t understand English fluently which is a problem. However you get some really good ones, like Mustafa which was a porter, he welcomes you in, moves your suitcases etc, helps with check in, his English was really good, very helpful guy that goes the extra mile. He made our stay much easier. Another issue is the taxi base they have outside, they charge you double or triple in some cases, they insist they don’t have a meter installed, and charged me over the course of 6 days at least £150 additional. I later realised this when I started using meter taxis, I informed the hotel but they really don’t seem to care at all with this issue.

Wonderful place! Wonderful staff! Especially we were impressed by a girl named Anastasia, a children entertainer. Very nice, pleasant and cheerful, kids love her! Thank you for such great time! Will definitely come back again :)

I stayed at this hotel as part of an international conference. The hotel's exterior is certainly unique, but being there in November meant that services had been greatly reduced. Personally I like to go on a run in the mornings and all you really can do is run laps on the hotel ground. Half of which has a running path and half doesn't. The room was very dated and in need of a fresh lick of paint. The bathroom needed updating. Wifi within my room was weak and not suitable for work. The conference organizers thought it a good idea to include all food from the hotel and while there is plenty of choice, the quality of the same is disappointing at best. Long queues and mediocre flavor and sometimes very cold food. Overall this hotel is ok - but that is about it

The spa and wellness center is 1 of the best baths and massages we have had in our lives. Very professional and very friendly. It is definitely a must try when you get here!!! The hotel is very safe and we had no issues with any safety and our belongings so don't stress, the security is is the best.

We are at this hotel now. Like it very much. The service is high, rooms are clean, food and drinks are everywhere. Animation is interesting. There is enough place to lay and swim near the pools and beach. The beach is amazingly comfortable and water is great.

The resort is great and very clean. The restaurant offers plenty of selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are additional food options during the day in the Food corner offering something for each taste. The beach is nice, well organized and clean. The sea itself is not the best, but probably as everywhere in Turkey. We were in mid October, the water was warm enough, but there were waves very often. The evening shows are excellent and the animation team organizes different activities during the day. The evening live music shows were not according to my taste but most of the guests probably liked them. The only negative comment would be for non English speaking personal and missing tags for food dishes in the main restaurant. If you're vegan or vegetarian it might be difficult for you to figure out which dish is for you, especially for vegans.

We stayed in this hotel in the summer of 2023. We arrived at the hotel in the morning and because the hotel was busy, we checked in at 2 o'clock. The hotel is so huge and beautiful, also suitable for photography. You enjoy when you walk in yard. it was built like kremlin Palace In Moscow. The quality of the food is almost good and has a high variety of food, but a few limited items are worth eating.There are good bars around the pool, beach and lobby and most of drinks is available. There is good snack bar next to the pool and you don't need to go to lunch hall when you are in pool. The water park is of medium size, but it has a water park for children, which is really good and attractive for children. The rooms were cleaned every day. The cooling system of the rooms is very excellent. The hotel has been renovated. It suitable for family trips. You can have good vacations in it.

It is second time that I stayed at this hotel. The service is very well, the hotel is clean, the pool huge and the sea just fantastic. It is always a pleasure and I enjoyed both stays: the calm, the view, the night animation. You can enjoy lazy time and party time without leaving the hotel. The food was fine with several original dishes and the new 24/7 restaurant a great idea for late breakfast or lunch. Special thanks to Huzair! Very helpful.

Excellent resort has facilities for all. Swimming seems to be main activity here. The food is excellent the staff are helpful and the Food is second to none. However do not use "Love Holidays" to make any holiday bookings for this resort or any other resort.

Pasha Restuarant Had a very relaxing dinner here tonight. The atmosphere was so calm with live music and singing in the background. Decor was and set up of table was gorgeous. Excellent service, will definitely recommend.

Great resort, it exceeds our expectations, a piece of heaven. Nice and a lot of outside green areas for kids and to take photos. nice swiming pools and beach and water slides .clean rooms Restaurants and bars all around the hotel and all included. Very nice entertainment all day and night and very kind and friendly staff. Everything was more then perfect sure we will come again.

It was a great experience. the animation team was so good and keeps you entertained also the obstacle course on the water was super which I participated in. nice people good food clean rooms. cleaners are very nice and do a good job! bar staff is also very nice and nice like the people in the restaurant. there is something to do every night/day. again the animation team is super good, also danced with the parties in the evening, laughed and lots of fun. keep up the good work and much respect for your work. I will definitely come back again. a big 10!!!

The Kids Club provided at the resort is an amazing idea and is a very enjoyable place for the kids to be taken to whilst the rest of the family can have fun. The staff are extremely friendly and cater towards all your needs. The kids are in a safe environment when there are several activities and games for them.

We was three family’s who visited the hotel, their service was really good and their staff was really nice to everyone and their food was really good and the hotel is so beautiful! We are sadly gonna leave the hotel but we are exited to come back next year. Everyone should visit this hotel because it’s perfect!

Resort is beautifully, you will enjoy it, like I did. Only thing that will make experience better is stuff, especially stuff on the resection.. not too kind.

Very nice place to stay. We loved it…

Probably the biggest hotel I've stayed in. That said, there is plenty of space and you never feel in a crowd. Food was lovely and so much choice for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. Snacks during the day are great and icecream cones, fantastic. The beach area is a little small but as it only caters for the hotel, it's not too bad. All three pools, yes three pools are large and clean. Rooms are large, clean and well kept. May take a day or so to become orientated to where everything is because of the size of the complex. Great for families, couples or business if at a conference here. Plenty of bars and cafes located within the resort and eating areas. Reception staff friendly and accommodating. It is about 30 - 40 minutes transfer from the airport. I was staying as part of a conference but it felt more like a mini break.
